Solid knurling, good value
I was impressed with this hex bar for the price. After shopping around Facebook marketplace for quite a while and finding similar bars for $100-$200, decided to bite the bullet on this one. the knurling is sharp, the finish is solid with no blemishes. The only downside is that if you're using bumper plates, you'll be limited to 275ish with clips or 315 if you use e.g. a band to hold the plates on. You could fit more iron plates, obviously. Overall happy with the purchase.

I bought it so my daughter could practice doing dead lifts as something they get her to do in the army. It was a reasonably priced option. I'm thinking of using it myself too though haven't started yet.

Bar itself is pretty heavy so only need smaller eights for what I lift. Well made bar for the money. I am very happy with it as having the weight low is much better on my back so I do squats a lot more. Well every day. Great Bar.
