FYC Foldable Portable Treadmill for Home & Office, Compact Folding Treadmill 300 LBS Capacity, App Control, Small Space

The item was very well packaging. Item was in good condition and easy to assemble. The treadmill is easy to use and I believe is a good choice for a person just starting a exercise program.

Item came earlier than expected. Loving it thus far and fit for my little space!

Mistake delivery. I received to treadmills by mistake. I would like a credit to my account and return one treadmill.

It is good but is kind of small for my for my size, but it’s good though I need to find out what I can get the oil for this treadmill. If you can send me what I need to order it that would be great thank you.

Instruction manual gets an F-. First step is to connect hanging wire to its port- except that port was nowhere to be found! After searching high and low, discovered a second wire stuffed inside the hollow leg. Go figure! Drawings are very small and unclear as to part placement. Once together, I realized this model is on a permanent 10 degree incline, which I didn’t want. Had to buy leg risers to have a flat walking terrain. A lot flimsier than my old treadmill - more like a walking pad with handlebars, but it will have to do. When stopping, my old one had wide bars to step on, this one the side frame is too narrow, so you have to step on the floor or shut off while standing on the mat- can’t imagine that’s good for it. Not terrible, but not great either.

This is an incredibly underpowered machine that has a belt that skips constantly causing you to lose your pace and potentially fall. The instructions are abysmal and hard to understand. the seller will send you suspicious YouTube links that aren't in English showing 10 seconds of a running treadmill while claiming it's how to adjust the belt. Do not purchase this or anything else from this scam artist dealer.

A wildly inaccurate product description (actual top speed far below what was advertised/what I was looking for) and a miserable customer service experience when trying to return the item. I still haven’t gotten a refund. I would advise everyone to avoid this product and company in the most forceful language possible. No redeeming qualities whatsoever

Treadmill was a little tricky to put together. The actual treadmill surface appears to be shorter than the picture. Can see myself running on such a short surface. I wish I could return for a full refund.

This product is not as advertised. The picture is not the same, the size is far smaller in length and width.

Fresh out of the packaging, our product does not work
