I've taken many different herbal tonics and supplements to aid in healing a chronic lung condition (asthma, ABPA). This one gives me more of a sensation of relaxing my lungs - not as an immediate "emergency" relief like a nebulizer, but as a staple of strengthening my breathing. The taste is kind of like licorice, which my tongue doesn't like too much, but it's fine.

Not sure what was not to like, but the taste is very pleasant. It has honey, some don't care for that, but that's all you taste in this, with very faint undertones of the other ingredients. I have been taking it now for a week
