Got this to try instead of my usual Nettle. But honestly cant say I see much difference. I prefer the Nettle Leaf by the same maker. I got this for my allergies/ eczema. I know turmeric is great for other conditions. But did not see the difference for what I wanted it for. Still gave it a 5 - I will not knock it - It's great for Arthritis - Pain which My parents uses it for - They like it

My child was on this for months and it was helping his allergies more than we realized. Off it for 5 days prior to allergen testing. On the sixth day allergic reaction flared, eczema flared. Back on a few days things have almost returned to previous level.

My son suffers from terrible allergies. He gets congested and his eyes get watery. This product really helps him. He is only 10 years old, so I give him about half the recommended doze. Thank God, he has no side effects to this supplement. I highly recommend this product.

Have become convinced this helps stop my 'trigger finger' issue. One week off it and the finger started jamming and hurt again. Back on it, all is fine. I know this is sampler size of one but ..given that so many illnesses have a component of inflammation this must be useful.

I just finished the bottle of these yesterday and today is the first day I have gone without them since I received the bottle in the mail. I can already tell that I am more congested. I had no upset stomach or other reactions, although I have had some intermittent insomnia that started around the time I took this, but I don't know if that's from stress or this supplement, but I guess I'll find out over the next few days without it! I also have had a minor nosebleed 2-3 times since taking it, but that is also very normal for me at this point in the year (yay, cold weather!), so I can't say if that is because of this and am only mentioning it because it happened while taking these.I started off with one pill a day to make sure it didn't cause me any issues from the ingredients and then started taking two pills a day in the morning. They definitely help to dry up congestion and if I had received more for the cost, I would have likely taken the recommended dose of 2-3 capsules twice a day. Only taking 2 a day, I still felt like I ran out way too quickly. So, while they did work for me and help to clear up sinus congestion (in conjunction with Singulair and Claritin as I have awful sinuses), I will probably look to trying something else that is more cost-effective because I find it truly annoying when companies sell supplements that require you to take more for the best effectiveness.If they made a version of this that required fewer pills and became more cost-effective, I would purchase again. However, I can't really justify buying a product that wouldn't even last a full 2 weeks if I took the recommended 6 pills a day and I hate the idea of the wasted packaging even if I could justify the cost after I try to find a suitable replacement.Overall, it seems like a good product and it was helpful for me, but the company needs to do better to make this more affordable and more competitive with other items out there because I feel like it could have been easy enough to do by making pills with more per dose, rather than 'oh, this works best if you take 6 pills a day' while giving only a 10 pill supply. No one likes to feel like they're blatantly being taken advantage of, even when something works, and that's why I'll go through the effort of finding something else that works from someone else.

Due to a delayed shipment these liquid filled capsules must have been in the heat too long. The temperature during shipment was over 90 degrees. When I finally received them the pills felt warm but I took a chance and tried them anyway....bad idea! They made me ill. I can't say if these pills work or not because they were spoiled when I got them but that is due to the delayed shipment which is a Amazon/UPS issue but you would think that a great company like Gaia would offer co!d pack shipment in the summer to avoid this issue.
