Just what I needed
Just what I needed. Have a septic tank and try not to put any grease down drain. This helps me to be able to clean up dinner from crock pot after serving instead of waiting till the next day. Plus making gravy is easy.

Every kitchen needs to have a gravy/fat separator
This is going to be a game changer for me! I have always wanted to buy one of these and I finally did after trying to separate the oil from the drippings to make a tasty gravy by hand. It was not only tedious but futile. It left the gravy extremely greasy. This will make my gravy so tasty and be a great assistant in the kitchen.

Awesome and inventive!
Bigger than I thought, but thats good! Will definitely help with Thanksgiving to cut the fat out of my gravy!!

Cannot take hot fluids, the squeeze operated aperture is really flimsy, the aperture itself is not adjustable. OK for occasional use.

Great product
Great quality and ease of use. In addition, not another bulky kitchen item. It has a great size.
