Love it. Take it every day and have started to feel more energized and thinking is clearer. I mix powder with low calorie cranberry juice and a few ice cubes in a container that has a lid. Shake well and drink! You will love it.

Use in my coffee every day.

This is the best MCT powder! I use it in my coffee and it doesn't have any aftertaste. It does have to be stirred pretty well to dissolve but the flavor is worth it as well as the health benefits.

I love adding a scoop to my morning coffee and using my motorized stir gadget to mix it well. Perfect fuel for the brain as I begin the day without eating much else until after my run.

I've used this product for a couple years. I would like to say I like this product but my wife has taken it away for her use. But it is ecellent in coffee or latee. Try it you'll enjoy it.

Although I have not been using this product that long. I find it better mixing than the one I previously used by Native Path which I loved. This one is less clumping when mixing. Seems that the results are the same. I also like that its organic Keto friendly and made in the USA

It is a great product! I can honestly say that since I have been using it daily, my brain fog clears quickly and I am concentrating better on detailed items.

I'm sure it's good for you but it does not mix well with hot coffee. I will go back to MCT oil when I run out of the powder.

Purchased online where it said (and shows on the actual canister) as vegan certified. Product received no longer reflects. Seal removed. Any mention of being vegan is gone. Contacted GOF to confirm, no response yet. Disappointed.
