GARMIN 010-02469-13 Drivesmart 6" Automotive Dash Mount Gps Device with power cable, 1 Pack

It is Valentines Day and I purchased this GPS for Black Friday. I've used it for less for 2 months and I'm very pleased with it. It has phone blue tooth connection but callers claim they have difficulty at times hearing me. I've disconnected it. My favorite feature is using the app, you can find or receive an address and voice to text it into the app. The app then saves the address and the next time you are in your car, it will automatically upload and ask if you want to navigate to that location. I use it for discovering new hiking trail heads or a new business I read about in the morning. The GPS works great during driving. It has warning tones when you transition into a higher or lower speed limit area, such as coming off a highway into a small town. Updates are done via wifi connection. Highly recommend.

my husband needs it to work. It works for hust want he needs, he able to talk to it. Without having to stop and type it in.

We're very pleased with the purchase of our Garmin works very well not having a GPS in our vehicle. Would recommend anyone looking for a GPS for an older vehicle not equipped with one.

I bought this product for my sister because she prefers to use that on her road trips. She has already tried it out and said it is amazing..

I may need to play with this unit some more, but it did not seem to take the easiest route sometimes. also need to learn how to save and backtrack routes. but it was easy to use and work well

I have always owned Garmins and generally like them. I have been unimpressed with the typing and search systems of past models. It also did not do well in small towns. I bought this particular one for a vacation trip and it is much improved. It also has the ability for me to give voice commands and is fabulous. It has been fairly simple to learn but I did have problems. It is slow with directions, especially in town. I would pass the street before it told me to turn there. Had to backtrack several times on recent trip to Louisville, KY. Also it still does not do well in smaller towns.

Good screen/display. Voice commands don't work as well as our older one. Updating is easier because it can do it witeless. Good, but not as accurate as Google maps.

This unit isn't like my previous Garmin, which I used for over 10 years. It was pretty much plug and play. I had difficulty using this one and ultimately unhooked it and used my phone maps instead for my trip and returned this one as soon as I got back home. It kept losing signal and wouldn't show me the street display.

notice this has an ex at the end of the model number which means it's a Walmart only model that is missing many of the features of the non-ex Garmin very important features to make it usable. we turned it and bought I drive smart 66

I bought this garmin to replace an older one. Sadly, this one is nothing like the old one. the maps are horrible. It takes you totally out of your way and doesn't offer an option of shorter distance. I wish my old one hadn't broke. They don't make them like they used to. This thing is a piece of junk.
