[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used GE Supreme Silicone on my bathtub, and it worked great. It applied smoothly, stuck well, and formed a strong, waterproof seal. It’s mold- and mildew-resistant and remains flexible over time. Ideal for tubs, sinks, and countertops—just keep in mind it’s not paintable. Definitely a solid choice for long-term results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you’re a DIYer or a pro, this stuff is for you. We have redone our entire house and I noticed that the sealant on the bathroom tiles was yellowing, so I took the chance to use this after stripping the old yellowing sealant. The product is so super easy to use. Just cut off the top, squeeze on and then we use just a dandy finger to wipe off the excess and it works like a dream. What I like about this sealant over the one that was previously on my tiles is it’s not as noticeable and Lynn‘s really well with the tiles. I like that it’s clear so that you get a good seal without affecting the aesthetic of the bathroom. A little bit goes a long way, so this tube is the perfect size to touchup certain areas of your kitchen or bathroom. There is no odor and this would be easy to use in any other room of the house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another quality product from a brand you know and trust. This silicone sealant is a breeze to apply and the clear finish makes it unnoticeable. I’ve found it to be quite durable and perfect for wet areas in our bathroom.
Silicone is always rough to use, but this worked well for my shower. Better to choose this one over the cheaper version. Supposedly more mold resistant but only a few dollars more. I'll probably update if there are issues in years to come, but it went on and dried nicely. HINT: Spritz window cleaner where you don't want it to stick, including your tools!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works amazingly! It only takes 24 hours to cure, it was perfect for me to replace my bathroom and kitchen sealant, waterproof, and SUPER easy to apply!
This is the best caulk. If you buy cheap on caulk, you get cheap caulk. But this, even though it costs a little more, is the best. Mildew and mold resistant and water resistant; lasts for decades if applied correctly. It is flexible too.
I used this caulk to seal between my shower and the bathroom floor, and so far it’s holding up great and looks really clean. I also used it between my kitchen backsplash and countertop, and it went on smooth with a nice finish. So far, I’m satisfied with the results!
Used to seal shower enclosure. Spent two hours on preparation, and about the same time with installation. In this case the shower had been leaking for over 25 years so there was a great deal of crud buildup. This product will stick to almost anything, provided of course the preparation is performed properly. Think of it like painting a car, the actual paint application can take an hour, but the preparation may take days. I purchased this product because it is the best of the silicones, but the cleaning process applies to any silicone sealant. . .
After a few months (less than 6), the caulk started to yellow very significantly in my all white tiled shower! So disappointed! It has only yellowed where it has the most exposure to water. It is still a nice bright white in other parts of the shower surround (see pics for comparison). Looks awful! I’m going to trying bleaching to see if this will correct the discoloration.
I could not be less impressed. Brand new tube, using it for the first time, and immediately upon starting, the side of the tube cracks and I end up with the sealant all over my hands!
