I bought new Greek Pure before ,,,,,good results. Now bought 2. more 10x5 filters one was excellent , one has. debris inside, looks terrible Trying to Contact Walmart CS/ is. futile.Walmart has a bot that even Amazon can't beat Tryin g to phone Walmart is a terrible experience. The. Walmart Bot. will not. allow me or any one to contact CS for any help Its. a terrible experience. So?i phoned my bank to place a stop payment , The bank response is --Walmart disputes are 90 days out , and then most likely another 90 days for a response ,,if any. LOL !!Bottom line ,any Walmart filtration should be approached carefully ,,very carefully. LOL!!

The filters seem to work well, the reason i only gave them 3 stars is that they are very hard to get them to seal I never had any problems with any other filters.

This item has caused me additonal unnecessary expense and aggrevation. Bought this item to replace my old filter . It LEAKED so I thought it was the housing and "O" ring. So I spent $50 for new housing and "O" ring and it STILL LEAKED!! PUT BACK MY OLD USED FILTER AND IT DID NOT LEAK. THIS FILTER IS CRAP AND NOT SUITABLE FOR A 10" PENTEK BIG BLUE HOUSING because it is about 1/8 inch too tall and does not let the top screw all the way down.
