Overall I think this is a good product. I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately, and I do believe that adding this supplement has been helpful in getting me through some of the really tough days. I started with the recommended dosage but found it was making me a little nauseous... after reading the WHOLE bottle I saw that I could split the dosage and found that to be a better option for me and solved the stomach distress I was experiencing, or perhaps my body just adjusted, but I prefer to keep taking 2 at a time at 2 intervals during the day. Whether it's all in my head or not, I do enjoy taking this supplement and appreciate the "uplifting" feeling without feeling overstimulated or having any other weird side effects.
