The best
I'm diabetic. I eat Ghirardelli Semi Sweet baking chocolate for my chocolate treat. One square is 8g of carbs and doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup, which I am allergic to. These bars taste great and one swuate satisfies my craving. Only problem is my Walmart doesn't carry them anymore, which puts me in a bad mood.

Outstandingly Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a week ago and decided to make decadent brownies with Ghirardelli chunks of chocolate. Needless to say, they didn't last an hour. The chocolate baked beautifully and gave the brownies extra chocolate flavor. I am definitely going to be buying this. Oh, forgot, I also melted some and made chocolate covered strawberries, yeah, unreal.

nice texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This semi-sweet chocolate baking bar has a very nice texture when melted. It is not grainy like some baking bars can be. It breaks apart easily and melts into your recipe well. I would buy this again! Tastes good too!
