Very sturdy! I feel safe using it. No assembly required. Fast delivery, right on time! The rubber on the steps have a good grip. It's not super light weight if youre older and have trouble lifting things but I'm almost 70 and it's not too heavy for me. Very pleased over all. So much better and safer than the other little step stool I was using to hang pictures in my shop. And a really good price I could afford. Thank you!

Initially I bought this for work for our staff to reach the top shelves. We have a range of body types among our employees and some have balance issues, so something really sturdy that supported heavy weight and didn't wobble was really important. I was skeptical but this met and exceeded all expectations! It even stores more flat than most step ladders because there's a groove designed into the back of the top step to make it fold flatter and lock more securely. I'm buying another to use at home!

The 3-step ladder is much better than the 2- step ladder I've been using. I'm 68 years old and I still do little projects around the house. My 2-step ladder was not as sturdy and sometimes I had to step on the top. I knew that wasn't safe. Now I feel safer with this ladder.

I purchased this ladder to use in my workshop building on a concrete floor. I found the ladder to appear to be well made, assembled well and neatly and it is sturdy and stable when I climb up on it. I am well pleased and have found the ladder to be very handy and useful.

yes very sturdy helps me stop borrowing other people's things and not returning them I have a really bad habit of not returning stuff to other people so this is my work around I bought this and it works really well and I'm a very short person and I can reach a light bulb that's really high off the ground and it doesn't wobble and I'm a really big person I'm about 2:45 lb but other than that it works really well

I was looking for another step ladder with at least 3 steps because I'm so short and saw this one on sale so immediately purchased. Wow this step ladder was shipped so securely in box and then wrapped really well in plastic. It arrived in perfect condition and is such good quality! It is very sturdy with large steps and not too heavy. It even came with directions although not sure why anyone would need. I have 2 other step ladders I keep in different areas of my house but this one by far is my favorite. I was so lucky to get this on sale to get such a high quality step ladders for only $26.99 was amazing. I cannot recommend enough. This is sturdy enough to use outdoors too. The feet do not slip and the steps have raised areas so you won't slip. If looking for a high quality sturdy and not heavy step ladder buy this one, you won't be sorry.

I didn't have to assemble it. It came as is. Sturdy enough for me and served for my needs. Light weight for a 54 year old petite woman. It does not slide. Rubber works well. Easy fold and take away. Very convenient for me. Highly recommended. Love it!!

The ladder is strong and sturdy. It is rated for 800 pounds when most of the ladders are rated only for 250 pounds. I have some men in my home I could not risk it collapsing.

its nice and tall i can reach the roof on the top step, it says it holds 800 lbs but i wouldnt get on at more then 250. im 140 and when im standing on a step and lean forward a little so my legs are touching the step in front for peace of mind it feels like the plastic is going to snap but overall its cheaply priced and does the job for me

At first glance it looked shorter than the step ladder it was replacing, but once I got on it, I realized this was not the case. I love the wide steps and the frame that and the hand rail at the top. I feel more secure on this step ladder than I ever did on my last one. I could only give 3 stars for durability and value because those will be determined by how long it lasts. But my impression so far is that those ratings will go up.
