Easy to assemble, small compact, perfect for home workouts
It's great and shipped on time.
When I first received the ab trainer, I put it together and started putting it to use. My boyfriend noticed it was sort of loud while in use. There was also some white residue on the bars so he finally took a look at the possible source and it turned out the little spools were each broken on the edges. I reached out to the seller to see if they had any replacements for this part and sent some photos. They responded saying they would send a replacement free of charge. I was not expecting a few days later to arrive home to a brand new full replacement machine. I put it together and it works perfectly! Each wheel is free of damage and it glides much more smoothly than the damaged one. I like the adjustable setting and feel I get a great workout on this; not just abs, but also shoulders, thighs, and butt! I recommend this seller. They go above and beyond!
I like it. It’s not gym quality, but it performs the same movement. I weigh 250 lbs and 5’10” and I feel comfortable.
one problem.when i want set.to to.workout there nouthing to.hold.it.in place.please send.me.few.them.boolts.so.i change.it.out.to.sorkout.thank.you
Overall, I'm happy with this ab machine. It is compact, easy to move around, and feels like a good addition for a home workout setup. Once assembled, it works well and gives a solid core workout. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because some of the assembly instructions were a little confusing, and there were extra red handle ends included that did not seem to fit anywhere. It took a little extra time to figure everything out, but once it was put together, the machine worked as expected. Good product overall and I would recommend it.
I am 5'7 and I feel like I am to big, I don't find the machine stable enough to use the stretch bands, I feel like the handles could be longer , I also feel like no matter how I try to put my poster in the right position all the stress goes to my arms, hands and shoulders, just to bring myself up....I do see that this machine can be good but I think the build could be better even the pads I can see getting worn out quickly
Very hard to use for an older person. I'm 66 yrs old. The pads for the knees and hands are hard and uncomfortable.
easy to put together yet the screw holes to adjust was not properly punched through and one wasnt even done at all so how can i adjust my bars at the lowest starting out since it wasnt punched through just on one side
i was not happy with product and i bought via walmart and they refused to return. Its a hassle
