It's a full set of dumbbells without multiple
I liked everything about these. They feel great when gripping not too big or small. I love that they can be stored all clipped together taking up less space. The adjustablity is wonderful, allowing me to have multiple weights without having multiple dumbbells!

Great
Great set. Was looking for a small set of weights to use for my arms. Starting to lose muscle and don't want flappy turkey skin as I approach 70yrs. Old.😁 These are easy to add or subtract weight and was a great value. There's plenty of sets out there for a lot more money, why would you pay more for the same thing?

I purchased this set of weights to use while walking, and they are amazing. I love the grip on them while holding them, also the fact they are adjustable makes it easier to use while multiple workouts activities. I love the pink touch making me more girly while working out

I got this for my 85 year old mother to help build back her strength. This is a great workout tool! Easy to change weight and very comfortable grip. Highly recommend!!

easy to figure out how to add/ subtract weights- I could do it in less than 10 minutes of opening the box. I like that that makes them adaptable with advancing gradually in strength training - going in to half lbs.

Love these weights. Very convenient that you can change the weight and not have to own several sets of weights. I would definitely recommend these. The actual weight itself is 2lbs.

Great for different levels!
These are the perfect weights for my weight loss journey. I wanted to start small and then grow which is exactly what these do! They're easy to use and switch between the weights. The locking was easy to do too! I like the handle grip too.
