I can recommend this to help with posture. The problem is that it hurts my underarms. When you tighten it to pull the shoulders back, the straps run over the shoulders and back under the arms, and then they scratch, chafe, and pinch my underarms all day. It's hard to get on in the morning. I have to have my husband help me put it on. Maybe a full-length mirror would help. I don't have one. So it works well, but it hurts, and it's hard to manage.

The order's small, and I have a 29-inch waist, and it wouldn't even go around me. And I'm not fat either.
