Wow, this product was really amazing bike. We never imagine it was gonna be this quality. It's really nice and looks very professional. It's really high-quality. I really recommend recommended.
I bought this bicycle and had it shipped to my house so I assembled it. It's very nice very good quality and it's worth the money. I would recommend anyone to purchase this product.
The brake lever reach adjustment is not possible. My 7-year-old struggled to engage the brakes. This is such a critical safety feature to omit for a kid's bike. 😢 The front disc brake was out of true out of the box, rubbing the brake pads. I was able to fix with a truing tool. Otherwise, assembly was easy thanks to Glerc's YouTube video. Glerc's response when I reached out: “Skyline is a youth mountain bike equipped with integrated brake and shift levers. Due to this combined design, the brake lever reach is not adjustable.”
Scratches on the handlebars and neck of the bike upon receipt. The instructions were very poor at best with no real photos to go by for installation.
I specifically asked if this bike was assembled and o was told yes. It's not assembled and I'm really upset
Very poor quality material. Got it for Christmas for my son. The first time he tried the little bell it broke, which was fine… didn't buy it for the bell. Then he rides it and the first time he takes a spill - not even a bad spill - one of the brake handles snaps and now has a jagged sharp edge. Who makes stuff for kids that can't take even the slightest beating?
Easy to put together. But…. Definitely cheap quality. Tires are not bolted on. They have the lever system which works itself loose. My son‘s front tire came off while he was riding it. And yes, the bike was put together properly
We assembled the bike and it looks very nice, but there is one problem, shifts don't work well, it will not switch shifts, something is really off with this bike, I wouldn't recommend getting this bike, rather pay a little more and go to a store that will service you and take care of you, I tried calling the seller but their phone system is not working, I sent a few emails and no one gets back to you, no customer service and bad product….
cycle has come with scratches and not cleanly
