I am 79 years old and have been taking this for about 5 years. I work as a prep ck, 30 hours a week. It is a very hard, manual labor job which I would not be able to do without the Creatine 189. I have many physical ailments which cause me pain, but the Creatine keeps the pain in control. I take 1 tab before work, anther around noon, and add 1 more at bedtime if I'm experiencing more pain.

I love these! They are a very convenient way to get creatine. They are also very effective, I can tell based on my soreness the next day if so didn't take them as they typically reduce it. It also seems to help keep my gains better than protein and amino acids alone. My favorite part is that I am not consuming a bunch of sugars on top of them like other creatine supplements have.

Preparing my pre- and post-workout drinks started to feel like something out of an episode of Dexter's Laboratory, so I opted for Creatine HCL 189 tablets to simplify those processes. The pills create less mess and don't have a sour taste like the powdered AMP Creatine HCL. It produces a solid, steady pump but the results aren't as significant or immediate as that of its powdered counterpart.

Great presentation, haven't yet see or feel the results, but will continue testing and see if there are noticeable changes

As others have stated, I could not get these to disolve or digest correctly. I saw them in my waste (poop) the next morning....they can not do what they are supposed to do if they don't disolve and just get flushed with the poop. Great idea, poor execution though.

The coating doesn't fully dissolve. They go right through you and you see them the next day. You need to break them up or grind them. Which defeats the purpose of buying a pill.

Very disappointed after years of using this. I unexpectedly discovered that these pills do not dissolve in the GI track. In the mouth, out the rear ! I even tested it to confirm the result. Then tried to dissolve it in hot water. No effect on the pill !!! I wasted a lot of money on this product over the years 😡☹️

as many mention, they do not digest. Come out the same way they go in. Didn't start happening for me until I ordered my second bottle unfortunately so now i'm going to be crushing the pills and I did this morning. They are disgusting!
