Gonzo Pet Odor Air Magnet for dogs and cats, 14 oz

I received this as a Walmart Spark Reviewer and as soon as I chose it I knew right where I wanted it to go. I have a cat and the cat box is cleaned regularly but is never odor free. So I was very excited to try this product. This product doesn't have a noticeable smell so you aren't bombarded with flowers or fruit plus your odor. So my review is...I notice, nothing. Nothing in a GOOD way. No cat smell and no fake flower or fruit. I am interested to find out how long it will last.

Never used a product with charcoal in it before so I was surprised to see the bits in it when I opened it to take a small smell. Nice clean scent and I put it in the laundry room where my dog sleeps. when it rains he always wants to go outside so it's good when he is drying off.

I have 2 cats and sometimes they can get stinky no matter what I do! I put this on top of one of their litter boxes and it works really well. It is a gel with charcoal added. The smell of the odor magnet isn't great, but I'm not sitting there sniffing it! It has a job to do and it does it wonderfully!

I was skeptical of the pet odor air magnet but after two weeks of use I am a believer! I have two dogs and we keep our house clean but once in a while when I'd come home from work there was definitely a “doggy” tinge to the air. I didn't smell it all the time - maybe once or twice per week. Since we have had the pet odor air magnet in the living room (where the dogs spend 90% of their time) I have not noticed that smell, even on rainy days when we'd definitely have the smell of wet dog in the air. The odor magnet has no smell so it's not simply covering the odor. I am impressed!

This item is something new to me but it does seem to remove odors in an enclosed area. We have two furry friends and at times when they are wet and they come inside, there will definitely be a not so nice smell to the room. Haven't had this product for a long period of time yet but it does seem to rid the air of the pet odor. The container is a soft plastic and you simply unscrew the lid and pull out the protective seal and it goes to work with activated charcoal and the label states "other synthetic materials" Not sure what those are but they must not be harmful, although the label states also to keep away from children as the ingredients cause eye irritation but that is understandable with the activated charcoal. You never have to actually touch the gelled ingredients yourself so pretty safe. With the seal removed it is supposed to stay activated up to sixty days and remove odors in a 300 square foot area.Seems to be doing the job nicely so far and it is not a cover up as most sprays are so very happy with it so far.

I am using them near my dog house to help minimize the smell and they are working surprisingly well! It helps keep down the odor, because you can't even tell it's there! These work great. They last about as long as advertised. It cute the smell on anything significantly! We love it

Pleasant almost neutral smell, not a perfumey cover up air freshener, more like an odor absorber. I use it next to the litter box with great results. Just unscrew cap, remove seal and screw cap back on and you're good to go.

I am writing this review on the Pet Odor Air Magnet. I would have to say after using this that it definitely does work. I have one cat and one dog. We have a liter box for the cat and training pads for the dog. Both of these put off a smell that led to us trying this product. It's been a week of using it and I have to say that I've noticed a big difference! I will buy more of these and will recommend them to anyone with pets.

I got this product to review. When you open it, it is like a gel that you find in most odor absorbers. It also looks like it is spinkled with activated charcoal granules. THere is an average amount of charcoal in it. Personally, I think it would be more effective if it had more. I took the seal off and left the lid completely off. It says to do this if you want more air flow. It worked okay. Didn't make a huge difference. But, I did use it in a bigger area. We had moved into a new place and the previous owners had a small dog that they sometimes kept in the garage area. It had a dog smell to it, so I was hoping this might help. It didn't. It would probably work for very small areas, but I can't think of what you would actually use it in. Even dog crates or kennels are open. So, while it would probably work in a smaller area, like maybe a small bathroom size... but how often would you really need it for an area that small.

I put this by one of my litter boxes and it does help some. It does not help enough to make me want to keep buying it, though. I like the activated charcoal idea but I'm not sure how much it helps in this case. I feel like this product has potential to be better but is not quite there yet.
