GoodCook Pro Jumbo Apple Wedger, 4 inch Opening

I wanted a larger wedger and it was perfect for my needs.

Great item so dead I lurches it

it worked well when I used it. It was sharp and went through apple with ease.

I haven't used it yet, but it certainly looks like it would get the job done.

What I like about the Good Cook Apple Wedger is that it is so much easier than using a knife to slice apples.

I like the fact that the dimensions were reported accurately. this actually works for the larger apples. I bought another wedger that stayed at the same dimensions but it was totally inaccurate. it did not work for larger apples. this one does

I love it, also sent one to my daughter that's in the Air Force in England!

Admittedly, I didn't know what to expect because I've never used one of these before. What I quickly learned was if I placed a peeled granny smith apple on a flat surface WITH THE STEM SIDE facing down on the flat surface, it was easier to navigate this tool. Apples aren't always perfectly round, so I had to be patient when pressing the cutter down. I have arthritis in my right hand and wrist, and this tool was easy enough for me to use! I definitely recommend this product as it was easy to remove the apples without injuring myself.

The ring is easy to handle but the sharpness is not quite what I anticipated (or maybe I am getting weaker as I age, at 73 lol). I have only been using it on Large Granny Smith apples which are my favorite and it is doing the job for me! Maybe soon I will try it on a Potato too!

The Apple corer is a good size for large apples, but the blades are not sharp. I had to use my entire upper body strength and lean over the corer and still I could hardly cut thru the apple. That's its only job!
