My little guy's autistic, and I don't get enough nutrition in him.So these are great, they help me get protein. And stuff in him, when I otherwise cannot
Tastes almost identical to Kraft, but many more health benefits. It is quite pricey, but it mostly makes up for it with the added fiber, protein, and lower fat content. It's not a health food at all, but it's a much better option than your standard run of the mill Mac and Cheese. Try making it with blended cottage cheese for a big flavor and protein boost.
I absolutely LOVE Goodles Cheddy Mac. As someone who genuinely loves mac and cheese (like, it's a comfort food staple), I was skeptical about whether a “healthier” version would actually taste good. But this completely won me over. First, the flavor is incredible. It's rich, cheesy, and creamy without tasting artificial or watered down. It still gives that nostalgic boxed mac and cheese vibe, but it somehow feels more grown up and satisfying. The cheese sauce coats the noodles perfectly and doesn't have that weird aftertaste that some high-protein or high-fiber foods can have. It just tastes good. Period. The texture is also on point. The noodles cook up tender without getting mushy, and the sauce stays smooth and creamy. It feels indulgent, not like you're eating a “diet” substitute. That's important to me because I don't want to feel like I'm punishing myself when I'm trying to make better food choices. What really makes Goodles stand out is the nutrition. It has more protein and fiber than traditional boxed mac and cheese, and it actually keeps me full. I don't feel like I need a snack an hour later. For anyone trying to be more mindful about weight, blood sugar, or just overall nutrition, this is such a smart swap. It's comfort food that doesn't leave you feeling sluggish or guilty. Now let's talk about the price. Yes, it costs more than the basic 99-cent box of mac and cheese. But honestly? The price point makes sense for what you're getting. You're paying for better ingredients, added nutrition, and a product that still tastes amazing. For a healthier version of mac and cheese that actually delivers on flavor, I think it's completely worth it. I'd rather spend a little more on something that satisfies me and aligns better with my goals than buy something cheaper that doesn't. Overall, Goodles Cheddy Mac has become a staple in my pantry. It's comforting, filling, nutritious, and genuinely delicious. If you're looking for a healthier mac and cheese option that doesn't compromise on taste, this is it. 10/10 would recommend — and yes, I'll absolutely keep buying it.
Excellent alternative to Kraft Mac and Cheese. Provides a good amount of protein and fiber per serving! I mix in defrosted frozen peas, and a serving of Kirkland lightly breaded chicken chunks. Under 500 calories, and 30 grams of protein!
I am really enjoying these Goodles meals. Some varieties are better than others, but they are worth the added price you have to pay over the bigger brands. You can definitely taste a difference.
14 grams of Protein per serving! There are 2.5 servings in the box. Pretty full eating half the box, and saving half for later. Very cheesy flavor, much better that all the top name brands over the years! Excellent product for someone looking for Protein , Cheesy Flavor and Quick! Ready in under 10 minutes.
When I want to make Mac %26 cheese I get Goodles mac %26 cheese cheddy and it tastes really good. I like that it's a healthier version, but it's honestly pretty expensive for the amount you get.
10/10 it's delicious. Tastes just like kraft but extra protein (15 instead of 10) and 100 less calories. I promise that this is delicious. Even my picky 2 yo who is my Mac and cheese critic ate 2 plates.
The flavor is pretty bland on its own. But ifI mixed it in with buffalo chicken dip and add shredded cheddar and salt, adobo and it'll come out pretty good in the end.
I never post reviews. This is FOUL . I never knew Mac and cheese could taste so bad Please save yourself and do not buy this . It's disgusting.
