Everything for my “smart home” is GOOGLE and it all syncs fine but RING and ALEXA do the same for half the price!

Shipping was quicker than expected. Installation was very easy while watching the step by step video. The video feed from the camera is super clear. The voice feature works great. The floodlights can be turned on and off independently from the camera on the Google app. Great product!

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this approx a month ago and it took a little longer to be able to use than expected. The website and instructions claim easy installation but I don't advise that and also see why Google has their own installers (with a charge) that'll complete the install for you by appointment. We ended up going thru our home warranty company for electrician to install as a replacement for our existing floodlight. The wiring is not very long so thats another reason it's best to have a pro do it. The floodlight itself is very bright, but no brighter than our others and the camera is very clear. I also advise that if your going with the "WIRED" systems that you keep all your other items wired so not to have so many apps/companies and things to be bothered with. I do like the floodlight cam tho as I'm partial to Google and their products and the cam has awesome clarity. I just believe it needs a little work to be an outstanding Google product that we all expect from their company.

everything works except the floodlights dont come on when the camera sends a notification to me. kind of a big deal when you consider that is the entire reason i bought a 225 dollar floodlight camera combo.i could have bought a stand alone camera much cheaper, and that is essentially what i got except for alot of extra money.if the lights would activate automaticly i would be happy with it but they dont.

Horrible Experience. Item advertised as new. Arrived in a beat up Home Depot box. I opened the box and the used item was open with the contents spilled out. I retuned the item to a Wal-Mart store 3 days after receiving it. 5 weeks and several calls to customer service later, I am STILL waiting for my refund to be issued.

Item ordered was a week late - when it did arrive, the box containing my item was not "New" as purchased and all of the items to connect the item, were not included.

Item sold is not as pictured. It does not come with the second camera as shown, and priced higher than other vendors when purchased.
