works great knows when i reach home the ac kicks in automatically it knows i got home, i noticed the havc blower kick on os alot smoother. my older thermostat kicked on the blower really amd and the stopping also was sudden off. the google thermostat made th start on and turn off alot smoother as the thermostat is the controller very impressed with the thermostat. one pic up close another pic at 12 ft away its very clear and bright
Works well, I had a ecobee before that and always had a problem adjusting with the heat pump and Auxiliaries heat, but this one seem like work really well
it has home depot label on it, so the merchant somehow got their hands on home depot exclusive product, but it's new and unopened. box was a bit damaged and one of the protective labels. shipping was fast, installation is simple, overall good experience. thermostat itself is very nice and convenient.

Well I like the included sensors that give me temperature in bedrooms in two sorry house with single thermostat. Installation was easy, 30-45mins. But the cost over $200 i don't think it's worth it. Maybe be should have waited until black Friday
Give the user more control over what to display for the default screen when walking closer. Add legacy control style as the Nest app onNest Google Home app.
I had trouble installing the Nest thermostat on a heat pump system. While the instructions are fairly clear for straightforward setups, they fall short when it comes to more complex configurations like heat pumps. I missed a step during installation, which led to issues that were extremely difficult to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, there were no detailed written instructions to help identify where I went wrong. The only solution was to perform a factory reset and start the process over from scratch. It would be helpful if Nest provided more comprehensive guidance for non-standard systems.
its says new but box was already open. they glued the seal and try to make it look like new but its was dirty and the poorly package. do not buy from this seller if you are looking for new item. Also serial number on the package doesn't match with the number on actual product.
I ordered Google Nest with Two sensors and received only on sensor. Seller (Creo Distributions LLC) accepts the mistake but not ready to provide missing sensor or refund.
Difficult to keep them on WiFi. One unit stop working. But after 90 days - no return. Don't buy
