Very easy install and the picture quality is excellent!

I love these cameras, but the battery doesn't last very long in my neighborhood cause they get a lot of clips so I run a constant power wire to them which isn't hard to do and not very expensive but besides that they work great and they're very versatile with their mounting awesome picture awesome wide angle and sound

This camera is so unique it has a very strong magnetic that makes it stick on to the base. Very easy to install. The quality is very good even if you zoom in and has a very good eye range. The app is also so easy to use. It immediately notifies me when someone pass by I have it so it only tells me when a person passes by. It's very reliable I only use google nest products for my home.

Love this camera, magnet is truly strong on anything that will stick to also excellent clarity on video quality and facial recognition

I switched to Google cameras a few years ago after trying a bunch of different brands and I will not go back to anything but them. They're easy to set up. The daytime and nighttime camera quality is unmatched. Would recommend to anyone.

Google has the BEST cameras for inside and outside recording. We absolutely love ours and the motion detection is top notch! Battery life is very good as well. One charge lasts about a month or so depending on recording traffic.

The Google Nest Cam (Indoor/Outdoor, Battery) is one of my favorite smart home additions — and believe me, I've tested a lot of gear between home renos and toddler-proofing. I use these both outside and inside, and yep, one's even stuck to my microwave in the kitchen thanks to that strong magnetic mount (hasn't fallen once 🙌). Installation was a breeze — mount it or magnet it, no drilling drama. I love that it can run wired or on battery, which gives me peace of mind during power outages. The video quality is solid, even in low light, and the smart alerts (for people, animals, motion) are super helpful when you're not home. Live view works great, and having access to recorded history (if you're on the paid plan) makes it even more useful. But here's the catch — the battery life kinda sucks. You'll get maybe 2 days of juice, then it's time to recharge, which is why I only trust the battery for backup use. That said, the unboxing experience and packaging are top-tier, as you'd expect from Google — clean, minimal, and everything just works. Overall, a great smart cam if you plan to keep it plugged in most of the time.

Great video quality, and smart alerts. I like that you can customize the notifications. The video footage is clear day or night. Battery life isn't the greatest, but it could be due to the extreme weather where I live. Keep that in mind in case you live in a cold or very hot environment. I like that you can download the videos easily. Overall, it is a very solid camera.

pretty decent clarity and battery life. There are 2 things about it that I dont love. 1- Its not as sensitive as I thought (meaning it takes a min to start recording when anyone is in view). But the reason I would not recommend it is because they try to force you to buy a subscription to keep your videos. If not, it only saves a few at a time and then resets sometime during the night. So I cant even see what it picked up that night (which is why I got it in the first place!)

I bought these because of a recommendation and I shouldn't have. These cameras are awful. There are times where I know it should be recording something happening within the zones and it doesn't. That's very concerning. I don't have slow internet either. Half the time I can't even view the live camera. It'll tell me it can't charge due to extreme temperatures…..the temp outside is 50° and the low that night was 43°. ….it can't charge because it was 50° outside… are you serious. Save your money and look elsewhere.
