We love the nest lock. This is our 3d.

I have a roommate on dialysis 3 days a week and must be taken out on a hospital gurney ... I can lock and unlocked the door for the ambulance drivers from work... no one needs to be home or my key given out ....so convenient as well when he has nurses and therapist visits ... Also when my son leaves he always forgets to lock the door...now I don't have to worry if the door is unlocked all day.

I've tried a few different smart locks, and this is the best functioning and looking one available. I purchased this with my nest secure kit so that it would work all together as one system, and boy, does it. The ability to have the system disarm when you enter your door code is fantastic, and the integration with Google Home and routines works great.

When buying a new home, I wanted to add some smart home features. I own several Google home minis and wanted to integrate more features with them. I wanted the ability to give someone such as a contractor a temporary code to unlock the door so that wouldn't have to be home when they come by. This lock fit the bill and I'm very satisfied!

So far this has been a great purchase. Only 1 issue so far said it couldn't lock but yet bolt moved very free. Think it was just a electronic issue more then anything else. Open closed the bolt a few times and was back to working great hasn't happened since. Over all I think it's a great product

I've grown accustomed to Nest products. They are well engineered and attractive. The lock works perfect and is very convenient. Unlike other locks I dont have to hunt two numbers to put in my code. The touchscreen is very responsive and quick. Couple of things, your door should be perfect, I had to custom install this lock, there is no give; also we need Nest to talk to Alexa!!!

I have bought 4 of them. I think thats enough to say I like the product. Give a four, because the outside keypad, no affected directly by weather, start pealing a little bit. But definitely will recommend it.

this one feature I will like to see in the next Nest X lock Yale update, ability to shuttle front panel number to prevent screen wear if keep using the same passcode in the long run. without this feature, I consider a security risk. you don't want someone to come behind you to able to guest your passcode to gain access to your home. Overall the Nest X Yale Lock look beautiful inside out

While I would love to give a real review on this product, I never received it. It says it was delivered and was never received. For such an expensive item to be sent through USPS which is not always reliable, I was surprised. I went through the chat and called Walmart customer service twice. The first call the agent said I would get a replacement along with an email confirmation. I got nothing. A week later I called again and they said I couldn't get a replacement and the finance department had to review my request for refund which I resorted to because of the frustration of this whole ordeal. Waited for a call back but received an email for them to ask what's the issue with the product. It's a huge runaround and severely frustrating. I've never had these issues and shop with Walmart often. I'm looking forward to my refund so I can just go purchase this item at Best Buy.
