Purchased the lock and it has more than met my expectations. Works well with app of keypad. Keypad does not leave behind fingerprints. App works swiftly and is easy to navigate. Love that I can give different levels of access based on specific time intervals. Plan on buying a few more. Works well will the Next doorbell and Google assistant.

I purchased this lock a week after installing a competitors equivalent deadbolt system. The other system lacked information and couldn't set a pass code without the app. Which wasn't able to run on my android device which is a Note 10. So it was also equipped with a key which made it the world's most expensive deadbolt. I purchased the yale X Nest system installed and synced it to my phone in one

We love this lock. With two kids that love to roam around the neighborhood, a dog that needs walking, a couple of people that work in our home, and a family that likes being out and around this is a big life enhancing upgrade. No keys to lose and the ability to easily change the access codes (in case they get shared with other kids in the neighborhood - already happened) makes this great for kids.

The Yale lock was easy to install following instructions. Once installed the lock was a breeze to install and connect to the Nest app. The lock looks great and performs well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a true digital key to your home.

Installation, setup (preferences), and showing the family how to use it took no more than an hour total. The automatic locking feature gives us peace of mind. Tracking usage is a nice touch. All-in-all, this was a very nice purchase and it works well with our Android, Apple, Google and Alexa devices.

I have bought 4 of them. I think thats enough to say I like the product. Give a four, because the outside keypad, no affected directly by weather, start pealing a little bit. But definitely will recommend it.

I love this lock, it's nicely crafted, feels very secure and easy to install. Very solid! However, I do feel like it's lacking key features that my previous device had such as voice unlock or automatic unlock when it senses you at the door. May seem like something small but that feature does come in handy when you're carrying groceries and can't reach for your phone or a security instance.

While I would love to give a real review on this product, I never received it. It says it was delivered and was never received. For such an expensive item to be sent through USPS which is not always reliable, I was surprised. I went through the chat and called Walmart customer service twice. The first call the agent said I would get a replacement along with an email confirmation. I got nothing. A week later I called again and they said I couldn't get a replacement and the finance department had to review my request for refund which I resorted to because of the frustration of this whole ordeal. Waited for a call back but received an email for them to ask what's the issue with the product. It's a huge runaround and severely frustrating. I've never had these issues and shop with Walmart often. I'm looking forward to my refund so I can just go purchase this item at Best Buy.
