its great for cold brew coffee. im going to get another one for tea. i keep them in the fridge. i add hot water or hot milk, honey and drink. its a sweet ritual i enjoy. the pitcher has a strainer which holds quite a bit. pour hot water over it a let it cool then refrigerate.

i already have a cold brew system but i really like the metal filter in this one because through time the filter in my other system is starting to break down. i also love the country style of the mason jar to just take out of fridge and set on the table.

I would spend a minimum of $5 for a small cold brew coffee. This pays for itself the first brew with 3-4 drinks per jar. The clean up of the grounds was easy, they came right out of the filter. You can store your coffee in the jar or get another so you can start your next brew. It comes with jar scrubber and is a great price! =)

I bought this for iced coffee and I absolutely love it. I have a Mr. Coffee Iced coffee machine but I can never get the ratio right so I am never happy with the outcome. but this gem is perfect! I wish I bought 2 do I could have one for iced tea too.

I'm not sure what others were speaking about the glass being thin, but the glass is thick and it's really sturdy and very well-made especially the interior mesh that holds fruit or coffee . I would def recommend this product

I had one of these before and then I found an electric cold brewery called DOROTHY. DOROTHY worked for a couple of months and then fizzled out. So I bought another FOROTHY and that one fixxled out after I used it twice. So I went back to this. It can't stop working.

Easy to use, easy to clean! the filter fits over the rim, so no accidental grounds getting in your coffee! You do need to remember to remove filter before pouring your coff!

I loved it until the day it shattered because the hot water was too hot even though I had allowed the container and hot water to cool. I thought that I had done what I had previously done when making tea with no mishaps. I used it about 5 times before this happened to both of them.

The lid is really hard to screw on and off to clean it. I have strong wrists but its to much work. Should be easier. I understand its got to be tight so when you pour it doesn't leak but this is over the top tight. Good idea, just the lid is the only issue for me.

If you screw the lid on tight enough that it stays on when you move the carafe by the handle then you can't get it back open to refill. If you screw the lid on so you can unscrew it easily enough to refill, then when you lift by the handle, the entire carafe detaches from the screw on lid and you have water and coffee grounds all over your floor. This has happened way too many times to me in spite of trying to find the sweet spot for the degree of tightness when screwing the lid back on. Stinks!!!!
