I really like these. They are a bit sweet though so if you are looking for a green pepper taste, like green peppers on a pizza or in a stuffed pepper dish, these may not be the best fit. I use these as a topper or as sweet pepper to mix in with sausage. These are very good but likely not what most would expect as the sweet red pepperis the main flavor (like sweet paprika with a mild, slightly fruity, and earthy flavor). They are great in mashed potatoes too...

OMG these are great tasting if your like me and don't use them as a whole as i forget i have them and they spoil as i didn't use them in time!!!! this solves that problem as u only use them as needed as much or little is up to you can't say enough good about this item and the amount and price also awesome amount for the price a must buy

I'm now on my second bag of these peppers. I use them regularly. Hydrate and add to eggs or main dish. If the dish has sauce and needs to simmer for a bit, just add as is-no need to hydrate. I also add them to pasta when I boil it, then toss the peppers with the pasta and sauce. Great for soups in the slow cooker too. They taste great, and I don't have to worry about fresh peppers going bad because I couldn't use them up fast enough. Their dehydrated carrots are good too.

Great value on nice sweet red bell peppers

The quality is excellent, Great value for the money. I no longer waste money on peppers I don't get to use before they go bad.
