very happy with these pans. they work as advertised, food gets nice and evenly cooked in them, you don't need a high flame for most things. I do put a glazing of olive oil in them with a napkin but you can use them without a lubricant as long as you use a very low heat as things may burn quite easily. they clean up nice and easy in the sink. the only drawback that I can find with them is that the handles get very hot so make sure you use pot holders. do not use spray oils or spray butters in them ever or you will ruin them
These pots and pans are amazing. they are so amazing because you can cook on the stove what you need and be able to put in the oven for the rest. and things do not stick
Loving the cookwear it's a beautiful set,the surface looks great and the coating is smooth and usage is just like described little to no oil. I haven't used metal utensils yet and the lids are fine.

Handles get extremely hot
They are very small and thin not impressed.
Unfortunately for me this wasn't the brand I wanted. The pictures are almost a match for the Blue Diamond brand I was looking for. I've used the GraniteStone they are a good quality provide even heat for cooking but the handles become very hot.
pans are very thin. Top edge and buttons that hold handles on inside of pan not coated , so they get dirty and can not clean. Will be buying something else
I have Granitestone pots and pans, and my husband and I have been extremely happy with them. My favorite color is green so was thrilled to see them come out in green again. I ordered a 10 piece set and just received them. Totally disappointed. The inside is green but the outside looks extremely dark gray-black and only in bright light can I see some slight green flaking. I am really thinking of returning them !! I am unable to show pictures , but see another review was able to show pictures with the same complaint as mine .
This product came severely damaged. I need a replacement. I can send the damaged item back but it worthless please advise
