I haven't opened yet, but we had the same one before and it lasted years. However, we would only bring it for family parties because we don't have any space to keep it out all the time. It was always a huge hit! I order the prepackaged packets of popcorn and butter (the same brand as this popcorn machine, and just make sure its the right size for the popcorn pot) and you just pour everything in the pot and let it go. So easy and so good!

my wife and i love this little popper!! makes enough for one person. then just add more if you have guest. fits nicely on our counter. we use it daily .

IT'S A GREAT LITTLE POPCORN MAKER, EASY TO CLEAN UP, MAKES ENOUGH POPCORN FOR 6 SMALL BAGS. IF YOUR WANTING TO MAKE POPCORN FOR A LARGE CROWD THIS IS NOT THE ONE TO GET. IF YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE ENOUGH FOR 3-4 PEOPLE THIS IS THE ONE! I DO SUGGEST PREHEATING FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE PUTTING IN THE OIL, THEN THE POPCORN.

It is easy to use. I like the stainless steel kettle, because I don't like the plastic non stick types. The pop corn does not stick, and I use it often.

My granddaughter loves it! She loves popcorn and it's just the right size!

The popper itself is a great gift - my dad is having a blast with it and he and my mom both say the popcorn tastes great! It is made of plastic, which makes me question its durability. But I'm thinking if it were made of a stronger material, it would have cost quite a bit more. The ONLY complaint I really have is about the shipping - it was just sitting on my front porch, unwrapped with no outer box - just sitting as if you were seeing it on the store shelf. Also, there was no tape or anything to secure the flap. I was a little nervous about the condition of the popper when I noticed this detail, but it appears we got lucky and everything is working just fine.

the only thing i don't like is the size of bucket great for personal use but not so much for movie night with the family

the popcorn continually got stuck in the popping basket. the basket would not empty all of the popcorn until a utensil was used to scape it out. once in a while a mental got stuck under the stirring bar.

Popcorn is too hard! Unit is too small to property pop popcorn and creates to much moisture. I tried every suggestion and nothing worked! I performed the same on a skillet with a lid and popcorn was almost perfect! I had experienced working for a movie theatre and made popcorn. I never had issues. The design mimics a large commercial unit but only in looks and it's attempt to make popcorn. I would recommend a larger unit at least double in size! My neighbor has a larger model and his popcorn is good! I don't recommend this size unit!!!
