Great Value Bite Size Shredded Wheat Breakfast Cereal, 16.4 oz

I will tell you, after we get over the suggested "Keywords" for this review. To wit: Bag Kids Strawberries Bite Ain't (sic)AI wonderful??? Fact is that these little fellas are high in fiber w/o the sugar of their frosted counterparts. They would be good with sliced Strawberries, Blackberries, or Blueberries. Add walnuts or chopped pecans for healthy fats... Just use your imagination...

My son is prediabetic and we were looking for a cereal that wasn't packed with sugar and he loves this now. I put fresh fruit on it for him and with sweetener and it tastes amazing. A few people have given me a hard time about making him eat something so unappetizing but when they try it they are amazed by how tasty it is.

I absolutely love these bite-size, unfrosted shredded wheats❣️ I love to just snack with them. They are crunchy and tasty. I don't even need milk and sugar. I may sprinkle a little raw sugar on top for added whimsy🎶 and Great Value brand is the best, as good as the name brand why bother😃💕

Since there is not a whole list of added ingredients in this cereal like salt, sugar, preservatives, etc., I use this whole grain cereal for many uses for different meals. Whenever I use it, I make it my goal to add other healthy ingredients, whether that be seasonings or other foods. I am SO GLAD this is truly a "clean", healthy cereal!!! 🤗. ***PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not change anything about it.

This cereal is another example of the Great Value products being actually better than the name brands. I first bought this months ago by accident. When I got home with it, gave it a try and found it's really good. It has a delicious flavor just right out of the box, without milk or sugar. Whenever I get that box out of the cupboard, my 3 little dogs come rushing to get a couple of pieces for a snack and even my conure parrots love it. With 7grams of protein and 8grams of fiber it's a healthy snack that has excellent flavor.

I decided to try this cereal because my A1C numbers were getting borderline. I do a 60/40 mix with a low sugar cereal and mix them together. Tastes pretty good. I add some blueberries and it helps a lot. The price is better than some name brands. So it's been helping me with my numbers and I've lost some weight. I stopped drinking soda, which I really like. But my health is more important to me.

I've been eating the Great Value Bite Size Shredded Wheat Cereal for over 5 years, and it's honestly just as good as the big-name brand. The taste is excellent; it's perfectly crunchy and it holds up great in milk. What really makes it stand out is the price; it's the best deal you'll find for this kind of cereal. I also love that it has just one ingredient, 100% whole wheat. So I know exactly what I'm eating. It's simple, healthy, and satisfying every morning. For the quality and the price, you really can't beat it.

I prefer another brand, but this is a good replacement. It's a bit denser than the other one and the taste is just a tad lacking, but it is pretty close. If you need a substitute or want to save some money, give them a try. I have actually purposely ordered them several times.

Im not sure if it's the packaging or the shipping but there is nearly always about 2 1/2 or 3 inches of crushed shredded wheat in the bottom of the box. Since shredded wheat gets soggy fairly quickly, to me, the stuff at the bottom of the box is not edible.

I have bought several times, but haven't been happy with the last 2 I received. The cereal bites have been crushed, leaving about a third of the bag filled with crumbs. I like that they don't have sugar, but the taste is pretty bland. Will not be buying again.
