Great Value Chopped Walnuts, 24 oz

I use chopped walnuts in bread, cookies, cakes. These are some of the best I've purchased, and definitely a reasonable price. That they are 'chopped' is a real time saver %26 very convenient. I keep the unused portion in the fridge to extend the life.

I do a lot of baking and I go through a lot of walnuts. I highly recommend these chopped walnuts in the economy size bag. Best price ever and grantees fresh with a nice shelf life too. I've never had a problem with the walnuts. Why pay more when Walmart has the best price anywhere.

One of those not so expensive Wal Mart items that is just as good as some of the leading brands. A lot of times Wal Mart brands are looked over BUT can be just as good as leading brands if not better sometimes. I have to say I was much impressed with the quality of this product. Tasteful and of good quality!

I can't even guess how many of these big bags of walnuts I've purchased over the last couple years. For the price, they're the freshest, and already in pieces that are perfect for cookies and brownies without having to crush them smaller. They never go bad because I use so many every week! And they're great for snacking.

Sometimes they are very, very green and they don't ripen with the green still they ripen with the green still on them and they start to look like they're getting brown

Nuts are getting up there on price, but these walnuts from Walmart are excellent and the prices are great!! Thank you Great Value for keeping your prices on the low end. Much appreciated.

I have been developing a healthful trail mix for personal use as a senior male diabetic. I found the walnut bits to be an ideal addition for taste, health and eating pleasure. Great Value.

If you eat walnuts daily as i do, then this is the best choice for your money. We used to get whole walnuts at Christmas time. I can't find those anywhere. I like the resealable bag. Geez they are expensive. But it is healthy food a necessary food for adults.

i purchase these when i don't have members mark from Sam's. they are very good for cooking, baking and snacking. only drawback to these are they have about an inch of nut dust and grit at the bottom of the sack every time i buy them. this is a manufacturing issue. this is not a health issue just an annoyance and part of the weight you are paying for.

I ordered a 24 oz bag. I was substituted with 3 - 8 oz bags costing a dollar more. Lots of similar reviews for same reason. This isn't an isolated issue. Don't allow that choice if you don't have it. Nobody likes ‘Bait %26 Switch'
