Makes a gallon of tea easily and economically I use a 2- cup Pyrex measuring cup, microwave for a couple minutes then put the tea bag in the hot water. After setting till cooler I squeeze the bag then add liquid to gallon jug , fill with water refrigerate and/or add ice. Best thing is there are no tags/strings/staples to contaminate the finished tea. Lots better than soda or chemically sweetened other teas

I've been drinking this tea for years. I brew it in an old coffee maker, making a 10 cup slurry in the coffee pot. I then pour it into a 1 gallon pitcher filled 1/3 the way with ice. Then add 4 sweetener packets, water, and stir. I drink 2 to 4 quarts every day. As a tea-a-holic, I have tried many many different brands through the years. Nothing beats this stuff - just basic tea!

Perfect tea bags for making gallons of sweet tea. We always have a gallon picture of sweet tea ready for the family and they love the genuine brewed tea flavor. We use this tea for family gatherings as well . Add a slice of lemon for a refreshing beverage.

I really love this tea, it does say to boil the water, but we like just regular iced tea. We just put the packets in the gallon of water and let it sit for 1 hour and its perfect for iced tea. We will definitely reorder these, and currently just waiting to buy decaf as well. The packets are large and strong, and the tea tastes great.

People. Do not squeeze your tea bags. It releases tannins and makes tea bitter and can cause stomach upset. Only steep for a few minutes because the longer you steep, the higher tannins, and the hotter the water, the more tannins! Adding a pinch of baking soda when you add tea bag reduces tannins. Love the Galllon tea bag. So much simpler than adding 3 or 4 bags and with this you add only 1 big tea bag. Tea is so delicious and I think it's better than name brands. The tea bag fits the palm of your hand and just add it to your tea pitcher with boiling water and let soak for 10 to 15 mins. Then it's ready. Also you get more gallons out of this box than the regular family size

I love Lipton tea and make a cold brew every day. My only disappointment in this item was the fact that the corner of the original packaging was mashed in. Although none of the bags seemed to be damaged, the box doesn't sit well on the cupboard shelf.

The tea bags will burst When they are in hot water. If you look closely on one side of the bags the seal is very very small and thin while the other side is wider and thicker. About every other tea bag in the box will bust and tear open. I have had more than one box to do this so it is not just a 1 time thing. After reporting it to the 1-8 00 number the lady said they had been many complaints about this product.

its only made with black tea, very weak. its ok but im a tea snob. if it was a mix of black tea and orange pekoe it would be much better. but lipton is outrageously priced right now. and that leads me to believe that Lipton will never bring the price back down. frankly I feel they have the best tea on the market. but if the outrageous price doesn't come down. im stuck with the gv brand. sorry GV brand, this product isn't as good as Lipton.

I have used Great Value tea bags for years without any issues. It has always been a favorite of our family. I purchased a box in March of 26 and so far almost every tea bag has busted when I make tea, which results in me having to throw it out. I have even adjusted my boiling time to see if that will help. I have made it the same way for ever. Whatever you have changed, you need to change it back. It's sad when the quality of a product is so bad you can't use it.
