Great Value Lightly Salted, Shelled Pistachios, 12 oz Bag

These pistachios are exceptionally delicious. I had not previously appreciated my affinity for pistachios until I began consuming the shell-less variety. They are roasted to perfection with a light salt seasoning. They possess a delectable natural buttery flavor.

If someone at your table is cutting back on salt, run the pistachios under a wee bit of water to remove excess salt. A winner! Words great for ball players, too. Instant protein.

I'm not a typical no shell pistachio eater. A lil snafu and instead of shelled, I have unshelled pistachio. I miss the joy of cracking the shells I must say. I am delighted though by how much and how full the bag was. Now they've been added to cookies, muffins and my yogurt concoctions and it tastes really good. I'm probably going to go back to shell only because it strengthens my.carpal tunnel syndrome muscles. I'll still get the great nutrition pistachios offer either way. The bag does carry way more!

These are much better than the Wonderful brand, and cheaper for comparable size. The nuts are just a bit bigger, less dried out and shriveled, and there are no burned nuts. Every time I buy the Wonderful brand (which are not very wonderful in my opinion) I find burnt nuts or burnt areas that just taste like ash. The Great Value pistachios don't have this problem, and taste fresher. I prefer an unsalted nut, but the salt in these is very mild and not overpowering, just right. These are a staple in our home.

I smoked since I was a kid. I quit 5 yrs ago. These nuts is what helps me. I have these regularly thru the day to keep my mouth busy. In five yrs these nuts have gone up about DOUBLE. That's too much. They r grown in California. Please don't rip us off. A few dollars but not DOUBLE.

I enjoy eating these flavored snacks anytime of the day. They have a resealable bag that does zip up well. Does have some protein so that is good for everyone. I have brought these before and will buy them again. The lighly salted pistachios taste good, not to salty. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Crunchy but, not too crunchy just right! They last a long time on shelf if you seal the bag every time you eat some.

I have been buying these for quite sometime..went to add to my todays order and they have gone up over $3.00 in price. I refuse to buy them anymore and will instead buy the Wonderful brand of pistachios ..a better brand and still at $10 and some change...which I bought on amazon And I got the low salt version which I always buy..walmart was out of the low salt Wonderful and they are cheaper at amazon. If I can find a lower price for something at amazon Im purchasing it there.

Might be the best on the market with the perfect amount of lower salt and the texture not hard and too crunchy but the price keeps going up and up. Will probably have to settle for something else. Great value should never cost more than a brand name of the same size. We used to buy 4 bags at a time for less than 40 bucks but that's not happening now. Maybe an occasionally treat.

walmart has consistently raised the price on this item. now I refuse to pay this latest price increase. so many of the products I buy at Walmart have had the prices increased while decreasing the quantity. so now less product for more money. despite the crazy profits Walmart makes they still force us to go broke. they are pricing me out of shopping here. many items i no longer get at Walmart since I found cheaper alternatives. before long i will completely stop shopping here.

Having a dad who ate pistachios all the time, while us kids were growing up, I know good pistachios. These are horrible. They taste like they're old or burnt. Not wanting to waste them, I fed some to my hens; I hope and pray they don't die.
