Great Value Deluxe Whole Cashews, Unsalted, 16 oz

I so enjoy cashews, however as an old broad, need to be mindful of salt. Purchased in store %26 ugh what a chore to attempt to wipe salt off of them lol. At 75 aint much that impresses me, however these did. Not many pieces, mostly whole cashews. However, something I never knew. Wow, cashews unsalted are actually sweet! So delicious/delightful they actually solved late nite insomnia munchies for a bit o sweet. Actually like an entire new food tasting natural cashews. I think everyone should try them unsalted at least once. Bet ya like em.

Great Value deluxe whole cashews are just that….a great value. For people who like their nuts without salt or who have to watch their salt intake, these cashews offer great taste and whole nuts, not halves and pieces. In fact I am halfway through the container and I still haven't seen anything but whole nuts. They can easily be broken into pieces to add to cookies or top frosting if you would like to use them in this way. I will buy again!

I buy these unsalted cashews specifically for my parrots. I was usually buying bulk nuts at a grocery store that sells them by the pound out of a bin. I was leaving town and realized i was running low and didn't want my bird sitter to have a riot on her hands so I ordered these. i was impressed that they were indeed 95% WHOLE and not broken pieces. I also realized these are basically the same price as the bulk store so I no longer have to make a special trip just for cashews. i keep the jar in the feeezer and then transfer a week's worth into a tupperware for feeding. The only problem is, these are so good and fresh I can't resist grabbing a few for myself every day. Excellent quality, fair price and my sister repurposes the jars for craft projects. Another Great Value hit for our family!

3 quarters of can were good quality but as I got beyond that the cashews had all black spots over them. Not sure what the spots were so ai ended up throwing the rest away. Were they all at the bottom so they could get rid of them….seemed deliberate. I won’t buy them again.

This review is for cashews. They are not as good as Costco brand but are ok. I cannot get to Costco often so I rely on Walmart %26 usually purchases are good however, lately I have a lot of complaints, cabbage instead of lettuce, wrong sizes etc. Are you getting too big Walmart or employing folks who don’t read English? If this keeps up, I will have to cancel my membership %26 go elsewhere ,

Not recommended if you are expecting whole cashews! I wish that I had read the reviews before buying this Great Value product. I was expecting Unsalted Deluxe Whole Cashews, but more broken pieces than whole cashews. Very disappointed. Had these cashews been in a clear container I would not have bought them!

Buyer beware - BIOENGINEERED nuts. Amazing and truly the first time ive seen any type of nut, even the lowly peanut, being bioengineered. Worse still is I have bought this product before so unsure when this changed. Know that Walmart will not outright tell the customer a product is bioengineered. It is doubtful that images will show the product being labeled as such. Twice I’ve been hoodwinked by Walmart. If it says Great Value or Sam’s Choice, do yourself a favor and check products thoroughly. I dont beleive there are any regulations indicated where “bioengineered” labeling must be present on a package. If you are okay with these types of foods then they may be worth it; not here and not again.

Crappy packaging from Walmart I've ever had. Can of cashews all over box. Box had been thrown evidently. 2 shampoo bottles rolling around loose. Crappy Walmart... not happy thumbs down.

I have been purchasing this item for quite sometime and must say the quality is deteriorating. This last order was absolutely awful. It specifies on the label whole cashews - not true. This last order had a few whole cashews but the can contained mostly cashew pieces. Very poor quality and I thought I should let you know. Very disappointed. Would like a refund or a replacement.

Bioengineered garbage! Super unhealthy. I should have read the ingredients before I purchased or I would NEVER have bought these. I gagged when I saw the bioengineered on the label and 4 different types of oils. Sickening. Now your bioengineering the nuts now? These will be going back to the store promptly for a refund and I am purchasing Planters. Great Value it's NOT !
