Great Value Omega-3 Trail Mix, 22 oz

If you like a variety of nuts and dried cranberries, this is the perfect trail mix. I prefer mix without chocolate or other fruits, so perfect for my taste! I usually eat a handful as a snack in the evening or with a nice salad to add some crunch and tart/sweet of the cranberries. To make it perfect, I wish the cranberries weren't sweetened. But I still enjoy them anyway!! 😀

I the trail mix, it is not only great for a quick snack in-between meals, but I find it very satisfying to replace a meal on some days. It doesn't feel like eating "junk" this gives healthy nutrients when you don't always eat what the right way, so I don't feel guilty having a bag at work for a quick lunch pick me up and at home relaxing snacking while I watch TV or doing puzzles and reading.

These are a great snack. I like that it's salty and has cranberries for a hint of sweetness. It's very cost effective as far as nut mixes go and is a great value for the size. I add extras to tailor the nutritional value, but make snack bags for between jobs and when I'm carting kids between activities.

It's the best trail mix and we have tried plenty. There are whole almonds, walnuts and pecans , not small pieces like some other brands. They have the small packets for on the go, but we mostly buy the 22 oz one and keep it on the counter for a quick healthy snack.

This is my favorite trail mix ever! It doesn't have a lot of sugar and all the nuts in it are very beneficial for Roddy not to mention it tastes really good!! I ran out of this and wasn't ready to make another Walmart order so I bought some trail mix at a bougie store right behind me. It wasn't even good and it even had chocolate in it. All the nuts were roasted salted I don't want that in the trail mix. I also love There almonds, cashews, and cherries. Go Walmart. This is awesome.

For the price (unfortunately already $2 higher than it used to be!) it is a thoughtful blend with all the right nuts in it for a good daily serving. The cranberries are the sweeter. I like it because it doesn't have garbage like chocolate chips in it. Like all of the other brands, however, it has way too many pumpkins seeds as filler.

Add this to some raisin bran cereal and some bananas, and you can thank me later! Or just eat it out of the bag. Always tastes fresh plus the energy you feel from eating better, unlike most fast foods that make you tired %26 lethargic. It's one of my many favorites.

As we age, I have grown to know how certain ingredients can support our brain function, heart health and our very own blood vessels. Walnut and cranberries are other key items within this trail mix also producing protein. It has been said that the average adult should consume.08 grams of protein per kg of body weight. For years, I have missed that mark, so I eat this trail mix frequently and I recommend this for others who want to increase their levels of protein. When considering healthy eating there maybe some form of uncertainty, this is why I did research prior to live a healthy lifestyle. I am by no means a dietitian or physician, but I know that the ingredients are healthy. I do encourage you to consider additional research or ask your physician , nurse practitioner. I did and the outcome of eating this regularly produced results unimaginable for me. I am a bit older, so therefore I do remember the teaching of the food groups growing up, and I must truly say that this product is something that the body requires for different activities. This is unsalted which is great as most similar items are salted. It is my weekly snack , with just a hint of sweet in the dried fruit. Not every snack needs to be filled with sugar and salt. I add it to my oatmeal in the mornings for extra goodness. When I bake my oatmeal muffins I also add this in for a bit of texture and crunch.
