Great Value Omega-3 Trail Mix, 22 oz

This is by far my favorite mix! Everything in it is great but I do feel a skimped on the pecans. I especially love the pecans (when you can find one) %26 the pepitas (small green pumpkin seeds), and the cranberries add a touch of sweetness. I try to always have some in my bag for a healthy snack at work, in the car, etc.

I value the benefits of Great Value Trail mix especially with Omega 3. As we age, I have grown to know how certain ingredients can support our brain function, heart health and our very own blood vessels. I have found that this particular trail mix has helped me live a better life with exercise and maintaining a good diet. When a trail mix has superfoods within their packaging, I am inclined to purchase these item. The pumpkin seeds itself provides protein , magnesium and zinc which the body craves. Walnut and cranberries are other key items within this trail mix also producing protein. It has been said that the average adult should consume.08 grams of protein per kg of body weight. For years, I have missed that mark, so I eat this trail mix frequently and I recommend this for others who want to increase their levels of protein. When considering healthy eating there maybe some form of uncertainty, this is why I did research prior to live a healthy lifestyle. I am by no means a dietitian or physician, but I know that the ingredients are healthy. I do encourage you to consider additional research or ask your physician , nurse practitioner. I did and the outcome of eating this regularly produced results unimaginable for me. I am a bit older, so therefore I do remember the teaching of the food groups growing up, and I must truly say that this product is something that the body requires for different activities. I also remember that lifestyle changes and healthy eating can truly add value to our health. This is a brand of choice for me and my family.

There are no peanuts or raisins in this mix! Hooray! I hate how so many nut mixes bulk it up with peanuts and raisins (like mixed veggies do with peas), and this has neither. It's pretty much the only nut mix I'll buy. Highly recommend if you hate peanuts and raisins as much as I do haha.

For the price (unfortunately already $2 higher than it used to be!) it is a thoughtful blend with all the right nuts in it for a good daily serving. The cranberries are the sweeter. I like it because it doesn't have garbage like chocolate chips in it. Like all of the other brands, however, it has way too many pumpkins seeds as filler.

This is my favorite trail mix ever! It doesn't have a lot of sugar and all the nuts in it are very beneficial for Roddy not to mention it tastes really good!! I ran out of this and wasn't ready to make another Walmart order so I bought some trail mix at a bougie store right behind me. It wasn't even good and it even had chocolate in it. All the nuts were roasted salted I don't want that in the trail mix. I also love There almonds, cashews, and cherries. Go Walmart. This is awesome.

Omega Trail Mix is great by comparison to other mixes. Nuts are fresh, no old oil taste. The fruits is moist, not rubbery or over sweetened by extra sugars. The surprise is the chunks of walnuts and pecans and almonds, not using peanuts and almonds as a power snack. Cost effective to a house on a budget.

Excellent Trail mix just what I was looking for With NO candy Yay It has walnuts and Almonds and pecans which I should have and Pepitas , Cranberries too.. And bonus this omega-3 trail Mix is great.Not only for Snack It's great on my oatmeal in the morning! Great Value for your money and size great. I would give it at least TEN STARS!! I used to buy an Omega 3 trail mix from another big box store, but after trying these, I'm done with the other. The ratio of nuts to cranberries is good, the nuts are never stale and the price is fair is less than what I'd pay for that other brand too.

Great Value Omega-3 Trail Mix, 22 oz is really a very good snack and i like it alot. it has a nice mix of nuts and dried fruits that tastes fresh and crunchy. the flavor is really good and it feels healthy when i eat it. it gives me energy and keeps me full for a long time. i like that it has omega-3 in it because it makes it feel more good for you. i love the cramberry sweet pop to the other healthy nuts. the bag size is also nice because it lasts a while even if you snack often. everything inside is fresh and not stale at all. the price is really good for such a big bag and good quality mix. overall Great Value Omega-3 Trail Mix, 22 oz is something i would definitely buy again because it tastes good and is very satisfying.

I used to love this trail mix. I've been buying it for years and like everybody else, I love that there's no chocolate or candy in it. But my last two or three purchases, the bags have been increasingly FULL of cranberries ! Way too many cranberries. I'm talking like HALF of the bag if not more is cranberries. I don't understand what's going on, but it's ruined it. now I'm sadly left to look for another trail mix.
