Great quality

I'm not sure what the complaints are about. They're a little pricey, but it's fine if you don't want to deal with the hassle of ordering online and getting them a week later when you need to use them now. And I can tell you my vanilla bean creme brulees came out tasting perfect.

The only reason I recommend is bc they are the ONLY vanilla beans walmart carries at all. I guess this enables them to price them like the name brand counter parts but tbh, almost $14 for 2 vanilla beans is insane. It literally will double the cost of any recipes calling for its use. The brand is meant to be a less expensive alternative but it's just not.

As others mentioned, item was delivered half empty. Jar is supposed to have two vanilla beans but arrived unsealed with only one bean left. So not only am I missing half of the thing I ordered, but clearly some random person's fingers were inside touching the one bean that is left. Gross!! I will not be using!

This jar came with x2 strips of vanilla bean extract. I assumed it would be full, being great value, and given the price.

you only get two small pieces of vanilla

Not good quality. Smelled very very faintly of vanilla and not much flavor to them.

Too small. Overpriced

Vanilla beans are still pliable, but have no scent of vanilla or taste. They are contained in a clear glass bottle which doesn't help as you shouldn't store food this way. I won't purchase these again
