I tried the McCormick Grill Mates Pineapple Teriyaki Seasoning and honestly loved it. The teriyaki flavor is rich and savory, and the pineapple adds this perfect sweet kick that really stands out. It gives steak such a bold, delicious taste without needing much else. The balance between sweet and savory is just right, not overpowering at all. Definitely something I'll keep using whenever I want to switch up my usual steak seasoning
I got to try this for free through Bzzagent in exchange for a review of the product. I tried it last night on some chicken breasts and it came out great. I love how perfectly balanced the flavors were. It complemented the chicken well. It tastes both sweet and savory with a little kick of spice. None of the flavors were too overpowering. It was so easy to just sprinkle it on the meat and cook. I think it will taste great on pork as well.
I used the McCormick® Grill Mates® Pineapple Teriyaki Seasoning on chicken and shrimp, and I really liked how easy it was to add flavor with just a quick shake. The blend has a nice balance of sweet and savory, with a slight pineapple taste that gives it a fresh, tropical twist. It created a flavorful crust when grilling and made the meat juicy and tasty. I used it mostly for dinner, and it saved me time since I didn't need to prepare a marinade. Overall, it's a convenient and delicious seasoning for everyday cooking.
This seasoning is great to use for chicken. I rubbed it on the raw chicken and let it marinate before putting it on the grill. The pineapple taste really comes through as well as the teriyaki. I would highly recommend this and can't wait to try some of the other unique seasonings.
I was so excited to try the teriyaki pineapple to add some flavoring to our taco Tuesday. Let me tell you that teriyaki pineapple seasoning did not disappoint not only was it flavorful, It was absolutely delicious. Not too salty not too sweet. My family enjoyed it. We seasoned our shrimp tacos with it. I made a little teriyaki glaze just for an extra kick.
I like to marinate my grilled meat to keep it moist but in a pinch, this dry rub does the job. The flavoring is delicious and it manages to keep the chicken both tender and juicy. This has a bit of heat which balances well with the sweetness from the pineapple but isn't too spicy so kids will like it too!
I ended up making a tofu stir fry with this seasoning and a side of spam musubi, this seasoning brought a lot of unique bright flavor to the dish! The pineapple shined through and a little bit of a heat element made it a very wonderful addition to the meal.
I really enjoyed this flavor combo! It's sweet and savory! It works great on chicken, fish, and beef. I have not tried it on pork. It adds a nice flavor and the pineapple actually comes through. My only complaint would be that you need to use the seasoning BEFORE cooking your dish or it doesn't taste as great.
This seasoning has a delicious smoky teriyaki flavor that has a hint of spice very very mild which adds a nice depth to this seasoning mix and it's very versatile in my opinion. It pairs well with chicken, pork, beef and I've even used it on vegetables as well and it tastes delicious on every single one. I do wish it had a tad bit more pineapple flavoring to it but overall it is a tasty combination of flavors that really elevates whatever you are using it on.
