I used it yesterday for the first time and it was a little disappointed. I thought it was gonna come up a lot better than I did so my mind isn't totally made up yet. Yes or no I'm going to try it again today. I had it on for 30 minutes last night I figured the first time so I'm gonna try it again today and we're gonna say and if it's not any better, I'm going to return it but if it's better, which I hope it is, I'm going to keep it.

I'm not sure how this thing works yet, so I can't give a review on that. The delivery was fine. But Walmart or whoever is responsible for mailing this out, I want to thank you for not putting it in another box so my husband could see exactly what he got on the outside of the box! I mean, who wants to be surprised at Christmas anyway? DO BETTER! It's Christmas season 😡

I bought the robot for my husband for Christmas and we never used it till today the 4th of April and it does not work because the battery does not charge so we need to go and buy a battery which we are hoping that is the problem. I would think there would be some kind of warrantee for at least 6 months or till we use it.

Don't know how it works if it's good or bad. Got it for my dad for Christmas and was going to charge it but it want charge. Did what they said to do but still want charge. Can't send it back we don't have the order number. I don't think the battery is any good or something.

I gave this to my son for his birthday recently even though I purchased it in January because it was on sale. Today he tried to charge it so that he could clean his grill. It DOES NOT WORK. IT WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE A CHARGE. I have contacted seller. Now we wait to see what will happen. Do you have any other suggestions?

The first time we used it it only ran for about 10 seconds. We thought maybe it just didn't have enough of a charge, so we plugged it back in. The next time it ran for about 20 seconds, restarted it and another 20 seconds. Going to check out trouble shooting and if still no better we will return it.

Just like many others it would not charge even after the reset so we returned it. So disappointed! Just sent a message to the company to ask what their solution is.

I bought 2 of these things and both were exactly the same. Neither would charge even being on a charger overnight. I even tried a high speed charger overnight. Neither took a charge and Neither would turn on! I could've excepted 1 bad 1 but 2 in a row is ridiculous. Don't buy this terrible thing.

If i could I would give zero stars !! I ordered two BRAND NEW and both came broken. Looks like what grillbot and Walmart does is literally reuse and ship out the broken ones other customers send back and it's the same ongoing cycle of returning and reusing until someone goes through all their prompts . They wanted to first make me buy a new battery from them because the battery wasn't charging on BOTH brand new items then a different person messages me saying they will send two free batteries and see if that would work after I told them how ridiculous this sounds to make me buy new batteries for items I bought brand new not even 48 hours ago on Christmas because I bought these items BRAND NEW and they are selling items that DO NOT WORK! Literally did the steps they said to do to “reset” battery but it seems like someone already tried to do this because it was set up differently inside on both items… which still didn't work . Returning both and buying a different brand somewhere else. DO NOT BUY!

So disappointing. I was so exited to give this heavily advertised gift to my Brother for Xmas who has 3 grills and loves to use them. My Brother opened opened the Grillbot and thought it was a great gift. Steaks were on the menu for Xmas day, so he started charging the Grillbot in plenty of time to use it later. We were all excited to hear what my Brother thought about his gift, only to hear that it didn't work. He said it didn't even charge correctly so he knew it wasnt working. He does want to try another one, so I will try again.
