I have used these Seed Starter kits for years, and I love their ease of use. From placing the seed in the plugs and moving the trays, to being a quality base medium for the seedling roots, these are well worth the cost. I can reuse the greenhouses and just buy replacement plugs for some years.

These medium size pellets are perfect for starting lots of flowers! I have found that soaking them in hot water to expand them works best. The clear cover works great under lights. It keeps the pellets moist, but still lets the light through well. This works great for wave petunia and snapdragons seeds which need direct light on the seed, but still need to keep very moist.

The tray is great, but bought this a month ago for $ 15.79, the price now is $ 21.58 a 37% increase!

Love these starter kits! Easy to use and grows seeds out quickly. Reusable with plugs!

Easy to use. The peat pellets are not all uniform in size when they expand. They are easy to transplant into larger containers. Like everything, pros and cons. I’m having decent results for the most part.

This item is okay, the bars tend to fall out

It set up just perfect, but when I picked it up to move it to the sunny location I had in mind - IT FOLDED IN HALF AND ALL MY PODS FELL ON THE FLOOR! I picked them all back up but some of seeds fell out, some of the pods broke. Now I don't know which seeds or planted where. I didn't replant the seeds that fell out because I don't know which pods still have seeds in them. So time will tell. I have used this kit before with no issues, the plastic seems thinner, cheaper. NOT HAPPY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very few of the seeds I planted in 2 trays of these seed starting kits sprouted. They were a big waste of my time and money. I was very disappointed.
