I really appreciate this Decorticated Ground Cardamom Powder - 4 oz. - Non GMO, Kosher, Halal, and Gluten Free - Dubble O Brand. Its lovely scent and flavor are fantastic. We often use cardamom at home, mainly adding it to ground coffee when making Turkish-style coffee. A little bit goes a long way and really enhances the taste. Just be cautious with how much you add! I enjoy both the aroma and flavor of this cardamom, and I highly recommend it.

I primarily use cardamom in savory dishes like curries but occasionally in sweets too. The benefit of ground cardamom over pods is that you don't need to remove the pods afterward (or risk biting into one). This one is aromatic with a potent flavor. It's so strong that I had to be careful not to use too much, as it can come off tasting medicinal. I was happy with the freshness, flavor, and overall value.

This is a large container of cardamom that should last a while. I wonder how much cardamom people usually use before it loses its flavor? It smells fresh and arrives in a sealed container. I'd only wish it came in a sturdier jar or some kind of packaging to ensure its safety. Mine arrived with a hole poked in the side from shipping. Not their fault, of course, but it's worth mentioning that the plastic on the jar seems thinner than other jars in my spice collection.

Cardamom has a uniquely appealing fragrance. I love using it in coffee and sprinkling it on baked items. The scent of this cardamom is genuine and powerful. It's finely ground and comes in a handy shaker bottle. Unfortunately, the shaker lid arrived cracked (likely during shipment), so I'll need to transfer it to another container.

I'm not someone who usually uses cardamom, but my desire to explore new flavors prompted me to give this a try. It's much milder than I anticipated and appears to be of good quality. My only issue was that it arrived without a seal, leading to some cardamom spilling out and covering everything in the box. However, I realized I was mistaken; it does have a seal—mine was just stuck inside the lid. What it really needs is a sturdier container; I discovered a crack after turning it sideways. Still tastes great, though!

The container was indeed cracked upon delivery, so we ended up losing quite a bit of the spice. Thankfully, since we have various spice jars, we were able to transfer a good portion into ours.
