I like the plant based and organic ingredients and the potency at a fair price.

Why spend so much money on a multivitamin? Is it because of what's in it?...or because of what's NOT in it? There are much cheaper brands, but my issue with most brands is that they have junk in them. Unnecessary additives: synthetic dyes, artificial flavoring, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, etc. I don't need the vitamin to have a special color. It's cool that the tablet is pretty sky blue, but I don't want FD%26C Blue No. 2 Lake! Now, if it were dyed with the pigments from a blueberry, then fine, but they don't do healthier stuff like like. I don't need the vitamin to have a flavor; it's going down the hatch in seconds. I bought a multivitamin one time that had a strange, fake vanilla flavor. It had something called vanillin in it. The flavor was cloying! You couldn't help but taste it no matter how fast you swallowed it and even if you took it with food, you'd taste it when you belched! No added preservatives. I don't believe most have them, but Equate does: BHT. It's in the ingredients list. I don't think so. So, I'm spending extra money for this product because of what's NOT in it. If I didn't care, I certainly could save money! And it's just a basic multivitamin. Companies sell formulations targeting body parts like your eyes, heart, joints, but this product is merely general. This product has no side effects and no apparent benefits. I've never taken a multivitamin, over the decades, and felt side effects OR any benefits! I imagine if you do feel something you are either allergic to an ingredient or severely deficient in one. I take vitamins and other supplements because I KNOW that I cannot be at optimum levels of all known dietary compounds from diet alone. My diet is simply not diverse enough. I know by looking at the nutrition facts panel, what I can tell, there is no way I'm getting all I need at necessary levels. That's why I take this multivitamin, psyllium husk fiber, Qunol Ultra Omega-3, Osteo Bi-Flex, etc. I don't take them all everyday but most days. They're not medicines. This product smells sour. It smells like plain yogurt. But there is no aftertaste. That's pretty much it. If these other multivitamins cleaned up their formulations I'd rather save money, but until then, this product fits the bill.

It doesn't taste bad, and it doesn't hurt once you take it. It's still early, but I haven't noticed and postives from taking it thus far. Hopefully, it works.

I didn't have receive this item. Wasted time ordering and waiting instead buying another one.
