I tend to get headaches after working out. If I drink one of these, I don't have that issue. The taste of these drinks are nothing special, but it does the job its supposed to.
This item has a powerful flavor. The berry taste is evident. You get all the vitamins needed. The electrolytes are best for pitchers or larger water source. I swear by these tablets.
I love this electrolyte tab. My favorite is the berry. It adds just enough flavor without being overpowering or sweet. It has a very small amount of carbonation. Perfect for during a workout or recovery
My daughter and I used these on our 3 day hiking trip in Northern Minnesota so we wouldn't cramp up on this 55 mile hike. Tasted good and I believe was a value add.
I really enjoy this flavor of the electrolyte tabs as it has no caffeine and it's the job done on a very hot day or when exercising. I also am known to enjoy the pink lemonade flavor as well. Both of these are staples on my kitchen counter.
Okay, so I am a middle aged male who in mid life crisis decided to run a marathon. Let me provide more context. I'm not a fit middle aged guy who is in shape and thought I'd run a bit longer. I'm the guy that you cannot tell if he's 80 or 30 and not in a good way. But I do set goals and at around 50 and fresh after getting my MBA decided to run a marathon. So I started “training” with a buddy. Another friend who happens to be an honest to goodness medical doctor talked to me about my training and I said I just go for a jog and drink water. He highly encouraged me to drink something other than water. So I got some of this. And I'm still here. I haven't died. I haven't had other symptoms that include things that may get filtered from my comments. I'm currently running 15 miles in about 4 hours. Go ahead and laugh, but I'm out there trying. And this stuff may or may not be helping. But it tastes good. I'm still alive and for a 50 ish year old guy, that's not too shabby. Now about the shoes that I'm wearing that have holes in them….
I use them for post bike ride recovery. They seem to reduce muscle cramping quite a bit. Taste is light and pleasant. Takes just a little while to dissolve.
My son liked this to take during his baseball games. They dissolve well in water and don't leave any chunks. The flavor is mild and it has a bit of an effervescence to it.
I used to be a big fan of Nuun tablets. unfortunately, most of their flavors are not EBT eligible except for the lemon lime. I decided to try this as an alternative. Not only is it a good price, but it also has 12 tablets in the tube instead of 10. the flavor was crisp, fruity, and not overbearing. it was an interesting change from my usual electrolyte brands and flavors. some of the tablets were partially broken inside the tube when i received them, and it is annoying to have to break the tablet in half to fit in a plastic water bottle. but I'd say this is a good brand, especially if you're on a budget.
Personally not a fan of these. They were hard to put in the bottled water and didnt have a very good flavor.
