Works great! Ice sizes are easy to change. Makes the large sizes in about 35 minutes. I break the cubes apart and put them in a baggy in the freezer to make them harder to last longer in a beverage. Right out of the ice maker works great for smoothies. A full reservoir of water will make well over a gallon baggy of ice.

The icemaker is 100 times better than the one I got on Amazon. It has better construction, better ice, quicker cycle times, and is the easiest to set up in my kitchen.

I've really enjoyed this machine. It makes ice so much faster than my freezers ice maker. It gives you the option for changing the thickness of the ice when it drops. The only draw backs, in my opinion, is that the ice catcher is too small for the amount of ice produced. So I have to keep removing the ice to get it started again.

This ice machine worked great! It makes the best clear ice out of the past three machines we tried. It recycles the melting ice back into the reservoir so we haven't needed to refill it very often. The ice maker automatically stops making ice when the ice cube tub is about 3/4 full. The flavor is noticeably better than our RO faucet water. Bourbon tastes so much better!

I like icecubes tiny squares they come off in 1 block usually hit the tray and break up but sometimes dont. I dont like it takes a long time to make 1 “block of ice” but lasts longer in drinks then the bullets so im cool with waiting!5%264 gallon water jugs dont fit currently looking for right size bottle they ARE ELUSIVE.. lol

This unit certainly produces more ice than the usual countertop ice maker! The only downside so far is that it tends to drop the whole “tray” of ice as one piece, rather than individual cubes. This may be a matter of adjusting the size of the cubes.

i am addicted to ice. i love this ice maker. it makes perfect little cubes! it works well and is easily adjusted for thicker or smaller cubes. it works fairly quickly although when thw room temperature is hot it is slower. my only probl with this is that after it is used consistently for several days there is a chemical taste to the ice. it is resolved by fully emptying the machine amd cleaning it, but there is no warning. i take my icw to work with me and have had the unfortunate experience more than once to get to work and take a sip of my drink and be horribly surprised at the flavor of my drink due to the ice. if this could be fixed with a warning lite or beep i would be thrilled.

This machine takes a special water bottle and the company is useless on finding out what it takes. The water bottles sold at store won't fit into the bottle holder. Find a machine that includes the bottle.

do not buy, mine stopped working 5 months in and they told me the warranty is only good for 30 days , it stopped making ice and got so hot i thought it was going to start a fire, i told them this and all they can say was sorry you are out of your 30 day window

Do not buy from this seller they dont want to provide a manufacturer warranty and want to try to bribe you to keep the item with 25 dollars and no warranty. This seller is horrible, and i dont know why Walmart allows this foolishness on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER THEY ARENT HONEST.
