these capsules are great ! I felt better overall all after week one !! saw results in 2 weeks my hair grow fast and strong
Since I started taking it my nails are growing and they aren't brittle anymore. Also I have hair new growth.

You can't really expect a review for vitamins in 2 purchases. But I have thin hair and it's great to see something extra strength without paying a fortune..
So far, so good, but too soon to really tell...
The taste and smell is horrible
I have used the entire bottle as directed now and my nails are just as brittle and weak as ever, I notice no difference in my hair and skin, so in my opinion, not worth it👎
