Hamilton Beach 10 Speed 56 Ounce Plastic Jar Smooth Blender in Black

For the price is really good, i'm impressed. It works as good as the ones in the smothie stores, ummmm yummy. Longevity and reliability don't know as I just got it like a couple of weeks ago. But for the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations.

This is the second blender same model that I have purchased. It was very reasonably priced and does the job wonderfully. I make frozen drinks daily and this item does not disappoint. Love it!

I got one for me and one for my mom. They are awesome. We make fresh smoothies almost every day. Fruit, fruit juice, sugar and lots of ice. Yum!!!

I really am enjoying this blender! It works great especially for the price. I had a very similar blender that I bought from kohls and it did not work as good as this one. Definitely recommend

I love the ease of this and its a great size for a small party. I love how there is a section you can remove to add things to the blender while in use. All together a great blender!

This Hamilton Beach Wave Blender is the greatest by far. Modern looking with lots of great features. I was a little skeptical about using the ice breaker. Warning: very loud , but what do you expect when it's more or less crunching ice. This blender crushed ice so fine that I was tempted to make a smoothie! I love that I dont have to guess which buttons to push to make different items. Icy drink, smoothie, and milk shakes are a cinch to make for starters. There are so many things you can make! Wonderful blender. This is great for crushing ice while making milk shakes. No chunks of ice remain. You get a nice smooth milk shake. When making cracker crumbs, the pulse feature and the crumb button make fine crumbs. The blending jar is one piece which makes cleaning very easy. The filler cap on the lid allows adding extra ingredients and not having to remove the entire lid. Nice feature. The blender purees soup to a smooth consistency. It is nice to have so many speeds on both the low and high settings. Push buttons on settings are clearly marked. This allows for achieving the appropriate blending you desire. Very easy to use. To begin, I have to tell you a short bit of history. My wife and I are soon to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We have used a wedding gift blender all those years. Also, we just built a full bar in our lower level. Naturally, we wanted a blender to have behind the bar. So NOW, you know why we were looking for a new blender. AND THANK GOODNESS WE FOUND THIS ONE!! We mostly make smoothies, icees, daiquiris and milk shakes. Our old blender did a fairly good job, but there were ALWAYS a "few" chunks of ice in the finished product. NOT NOW! This blender is incredibly powerful. ALSO, it pulls the big chunks of ice down and pulverizes them. YAY! Brandy flavored milk shakes are my favorite...and I find them smoother now. Well, to confess, I have them more often! OH! THIS BLENDER WORKS WELL FOR SMOOTHIES. IN FACT, IT IS CALLED A SMOOYJIIE BLENDER. I HAVEN'T USED ICE CUBES IN IT AND I DEFROST FROZED BERRIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR BEFORE BLENDING THEM. THE REST IS LIQUID AND POWDERS IN MY RECIPE. IT HAS A 450W MOTOR AND WORKED GREAT FOR THE AHLF-DOZEN TIMES I HAVE USED IT SO FAR. I LKE IT FINE. THE TITLE ABOUT FINGERS CROSSED IS BECAUSE I FIRST BOUGHT THE SINGLE SERVING BLENDER AND IT STOPPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK. THIS IS AN UPGARDE FOOR THAT ONE. SO, I HELD BACK A STAR AND NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS TO JUDGE DURABILITY. BUT, IT IS DOING A GOOD JOB OUT OFF THE BOX.

It doesn't have the power to blend, I should have gotten one with more power. I have to be careful with it so I don't burn it's motor.
