the new Hamilton Beach coffee maker has improved greatly . every morning I wake up to the fresh wonderful smell of my coffee.it makes me feel pampered like somebody loved me and wanted me to enjoy my first cup without having to bother to put it together while I'm trying to wake up. thank you💕

I love this coffee station I have had the same one for years and it always over the years has one malfunction the dispenser you click on to put it in you cup always quits working after a few years and I just keep buying a new one I have had at least 6 over the years. Because I love the coffee and the taste from it and the convenience of use.

This is my 4th one. I love the ease of using this coffee maker! The only problem is they only last 2 years. Would be hard for us to go back to a glass carafe after using this one.

I previously had one of these and absolutely loved, loved, loved it. And it appeared they had stopped making it, as it was hard to find. When this new one arrived, I was so excited %26 tried to put it right to work when I noticed that the hinge on the lid was broken off, just like it appears many others had also. I really wanted to make coffee in it, but I contacted Hamilton Beech by e-mail to see if the would send me a new tank and/or lid. They wrote back that they don't honor warranty for products damaged during shipment %26 to take it back to retailer. I wrote them back that nowhere was any broken piece found in the box %26 the box was not damaged in the least, so it was not damaged in shipment. I am now awaiting their reply, but I just might buy a new one with fingers crossed that I get a good lid %26 return the other one. If the new one comes in the same, I may just keep it as like I have said, I loved this coffee pot...or I should say coffee machine as one of the benefits is...is that there is no pot! One other thing, the heater element will eventually burn out after a couple/few years, but again, I love this machine so much, it's still worth having. Besides, most coffee machines eventually die also. I also wonder if these are refurbished. Hence, some of the complaints on the broken hinge. It's till worth it in my mind. Good luck %26 enjoy!

When I received this the box was damaged, but the coffee pot looked ok. I have been using this type of coffee pot for years and always liked it, but i did notice that after the brewing it still seemed to keep brewing or making a noise like brewing. I set it to keep warm for four hours and the noise does not stop until it turns off.

We tend to need to replace it every two years or so it seems. They either leak or stop dispensing. We dislike glass carafes so we get the same one again.

Not having to worry about a glass carafe breaking is a plus. I like that both the water reservoir and coffee reservoir are removable. This makes it easier to dry out the water reservoir and drain the coffee reservoir.

I am so disappointed with this product. First if you drink coffee from a regular cup you have to hold the cup up against the dispenser and then the whole coffee maker slides backwards. Then after you brew a pot the coffee maker continues to gurgle. DON'T BUY THIS!

We had one, but it was getting old. We bought the exact same one. On day one, it leaked all over the counter top. So, that one lasted for two days. We bought another one, and although l fill the tank for 12 cups, it only makes 2-3 cups. l wonder where all that extra water goes.

The item is very flimsy. I've had one before that I bought years back and it wasn't like that, but this one is very low maintenance made The lid comes coming off. It's wet very much on the top, but I will continue using it because I can't find another one like it. I'm sure it's too late for me to return it but yeah y'all need to make up for the product I mean, making a little better than what it is now thank you
