Most amazing brewer out there. I use 8oz cups so had to adjust. Once you get it right, its perfect. Keeps coffee warm for hours, but dont go below one cup remaining. It burns it.

I previously had one of these and absolutely loved, loved, loved it. And it appeared they had stopped making it, as it was hard to find. When this new one arrived, I was so excited %26 tried to put it right to work when I noticed that the hinge on the lid was broken off, just like it appears many others had also. I really wanted to make coffee in it, but I contacted Hamilton Beech by e-mail to see if the would send me a new tank and/or lid. They wrote back that they don't honor warranty for products damaged during shipment %26 to take it back to retailer. I wrote them back that nowhere was any broken piece found in the box %26 the box was not damaged in the least, so it was not damaged in shipment. I am now awaiting their reply, but I just might buy a new one with fingers crossed that I get a good lid %26 return the other one. If the new one comes in the same, I may just keep it as like I have said, I loved this coffee pot...or I should say coffee machine as one of the benefits is...is that there is no pot! One other thing, the heater element will eventually burn out after a couple/few years, but again, I love this machine so much, it's still worth having. Besides, most coffee machines eventually die also. I also wonder if these are refurbished. Hence, some of the complaints on the broken hinge. It's till worth it in my mind. Good luck %26 enjoy!

These are best when they'er new, dispenspening very hot coffee. Just fill the water tank, add filter and the amount of coffee you prefer to the pot. Start the pot then, or set the program timer to have pipe n hot coffee ready before you get out of bed in the morning.

We love the brew station but we hadnt even used it and a plastic tab on the lid of the water reservoir broke off.

We purchased this coffee maker when the first one (same make and model) stopped working after providing many mornings of quality coffee making.

I have been loyal to this brand and type coffee maker since it was $29.95. T he one I got Nov of 2023 only lasted till Dec 2025...Opened new one and used until february 2026 (3 mos) and went to get a cup and i t had leaked over the counter onto the wood floor. I gave up on getting help, got through once, they gave me another number, got them and listened to my problem and then I could hardly understand her she said I had the wrong Department.UGH

Was damaged and very difficult to return. There was no corresponding puncture in the box. It was as though it was damaged when packaged. The online return would not work and the store was very reluctant to accept it back but they finally did.

I really loved the idea of a coffee maker without the hassle of a coffee pot to worry about breaking and just putting your coffee cup up to it with a little push a nice hot cup of coffee! Just because I gave it 1 star doesn't mean it was a bad product but I purchased mine in October 2020, and here we were in April 2021 and it's already not working properly. It doesn't stay on as long as it supposed to (option up to 4hrs.) and I usually have it set for 2hrs. and then it shuts off and if I want it on a little longer I push the power button and it fails me:( Overall it really is a convenient coffee maker but I really expected it to last at least one year....maybe I just got a DUD, IDK? So now I'm going to shop for a new one and con using my Keurig for now.

Leaked on first use, all over the counter. When looking at it, it had leaked under the coffee resoviors and pooled by the heating unit. It then leaked out onto the counter. Gave it a second try, same thing. Coffee all over. This is the third one we've bought. The first one was wonderful and had it maybe 8 years before it finally stopped working. I liked the new model of the second one, where you could take the water tank off and fill it up (rather than pouring into the old one). However we've only had it for a year and it started leaking through the coffee release valve. Nothing I did fixed it. We cleaned it regularly. SO we finally ordered our third one, this one. Leaked immediately. Very disappointing. I thought maybe we got a lemon and would return this for another. But after reading reviews with similar issues - I think I'll just look for a different brand. So disappointing. Just not the quality of the older models

This is my second machine sent the first back and the second does the same thing. Emailed the company and of course no response.
