Love this toaster! Did without one for the longest time when I got one of those bigger appliances that does everything. But I got tired of the bigger one because it wasn't as fast as a toaster. This toaster exceeded my expectations and besides being attractive, the features are great and it toasts to perfection.
it's a nice toaster and a good value for the price. Features work like advertised. shipped fast and delivered earlier than estimated. overall very pleased.
this is a very simple toaster that does everything I need it to do. it is wide enough for my bagels and with the bagel setting it toasts them perfectly. it also does both toaster waffles and toast perfectly.
I like that it actually has different settings of temperatures that…….actually work, unlike so many other toasters I have had. The slots are a nice size for thicker bread too, but not for bread that is longer unless you want to just toast 1/2 of it, then turn it upside down and toast the other half. The design is nice and it's easy to clean too, and all at a great price. Unfortunately I haven't had it long enough, but it feels durable, so hopefully it'll last me a long time.
When the package was delivered, it came in two boxes. The outer box was in good condition, but the inner box containing the Hamilton toaster was deformed due to pressure. Fortunately, the toaster itself was not damaged. However, I noticed it doesn't work well when toasting bagels or artisan rolls. Thicker breads don't pop up completely; I have to use tongs to remove them.
When the device is created to do a function it should in practice complete that function, or at least one would think that is the goal. Not this device, no it looked at the job of toasting and said NAY! If your goal was to have a device brown bread then I would suggest you try another device.
This toaster didn't work. I want to return it as soon as possible.
Was fine for 6 weeks, then it toasted only part of the slice of bread, the rest was still as soft and white as when I put it in the toaster.Part of the wiring does not seem to function. Of course its to late for a refund. Junk.
Had a Hamilton Beach toaster previously which worked wonderfully for many years. Bought this one as a replacement. Does not toast evenly or according to setting. Every setting is darkly toasted except for 0, and the toast is always untoasted on one side, and burned on the other.
It is plastic except for small strip in front where controls are. The inside was also metal but did not toast the bread evenly and parts of bread untrusted. When I use it it, I put toast in push lever down, wait about 1 1/2 minute then pop toast up and rotate then pop back down to toast more, and it still don't toast all the bread. On top of that it smells like burning plastic while toasting. I've tried 4 different times with same result. If I hadn't thrown box away I would bring it back to Walmart for a refund. I was expecting a Stainless steel toaster, and not from some foreign country either. Totally unsatisfied. I'm afraid to use due to the smell of burning plastic with each use. Most likely burning toxins into bread as it toasts. Other countries do not have the restrictions and regulations that the U.S.A. does, so you get harmful junk. Now wasted 35 tx and delivery plus tip for something that's going in trash.
