P we rfect for my needs. The whisk is an arm saver, the dough hooks save time. The beaters work fine but are sticky coming out (the other attachments pop out when you push the button, but the beaters have to be pulled out for some reason. Minor inconvenience but nothing to put you off from buying this.)
As a professional pastry chef, this hand held mixer worked wonders. I enjoyed the stainless steel part and the extra wrap on the wire so it doesn't break. I also enjoyed the price it is with what it comes with. All in all I would one hundred percent recommend.
I needed a hand mixer fast (long story - holiday rush) and ordered home delivery of a different model than this one. This mixer ended up being substituted and I was a little concerned that I might not like it. After using it a few times I'm glad I got this mixer. The speed is good for all your standard hand mixer needs. I have only used the standard beaters and not the whisk or dough hooks. The storage container for the attachments is genius - no more searching high and low for a misplaced beater.
I purchased this exact mixer almost 34 years ago with our wedding money and it just wore out this year. The new one is even better than the old one was it has a bigger motor. I used it through the holiday season and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this mixer to anyone looking for a good hand mixer..
My only problem is the on/off/speed button. I would prefer it to be a bit larger so my finger had more button to push on when I need to speed it up. The extra power button is a plus. Overall I am happy with it. Not sure I could buy it again because of the on/off button.
I had a cheaper version of this mixer, and it finally died. I thought I would be upgrading with this one, but the speed and power seem less (even though it says more), and the motor burned out within a week. I took it back and got a replacement, but it just isn't as good as the cheaper version. Get that one.
I purchased this in line thinking the case was a good option. Mixer is heavy for me to handle. I was used to a smaller more compact one so operation is uncomfortable. The container it snaps in is also awkward and hard to snap and unsnap. Since it's heavy, changing speeds while operating is also a problem. Unfortunately, after many many years, my old one died and I was in a panic for a replacement.
the mixer I bought showed up in a box that was opened and the cardboard bent in quite a few places. When I took it out of the box there were NO beaters. I contacted Walmart for a return. When the guy came to pick it up between 1 and 5 he did not wait for me to get my phone for the code then I get a message that I cancelled my return
I'm so disappointed in this mixer. It's my title reads, the motor burned up on the 3rd use. That was about a week 1/2 after I got it. I never got a chance to use the whisk or dough attachments. The really unfortunate thing is it broke the day after trash pickup when of course I threw the box out. I had a previous version of this that last 10 years and was wonderful, that's why I went with this model again.
I need to replace an old Hamilton Beach mixer that I rob I could keep. But the beaters have started rusting and one is misshapen. The replacement beaters they sell for my model do not actually fit my model. I bought this one because it is similar and it says stainless steel beaters. However, problem 1 is that the box arrived damaged and open. The mixer itself is dirty, as though it's been used. For that reason, I was going to do a return/exchange. But when I looked at the attachments, I saw that they are not actually stainless steel. They are really flimsy and they're coated with some sort of metallic coating. Why can't companies just make normal quality products anymore? Why does everything have to be junk??
