Works like a charm; just like the one I remember my father using years ago. Keep steady downward pressure on the turkey breast and you get professional looking results for table presentation and perfect sandwich-sized slices. Imho, the best thing about turkey dinner is the sandwich made with leftovers and this knife makes it right.

Giving it 2 stars because it came with the case busted on the end. It was shipped in original box with no extra packaging and the box shows damage. The plastic for the case is very fragile plastic. This was a gift so there was a great disappointment for me as the gifter and the recipient.

I had a different electric knife that was a nightmare. I purchased this one for Thanksgiving. It worked out beautifully. It carved the turkey and I used it on summer sausage the blade stayed together well and it performed well.

I used this on Thanksgiving and it cut my turkey beautifully. I think I even convinced some of relatives to buy it. They were all impressed with my carving skills.

I'm disabled with very limited mobility of my left arm and hand. This electric knife with the short and long blade helps me tremendously to be more independent and useful in my kitchen.

Nice and sturdy. More powerful then my previous battery-operated carving knife. Cuts fast and effortlessly. Only gave it four stars because it would stop working and I'd have to push down on the blades to re-click them into the handle. Otherwise, a fantastic carving knife.

The electric knife works as described. The blades could be sharper. The cord is long enough. The knife cut turkey meat adequately. However, sharper blades might make for thinner sliced meat.

Scary sharp thing, be careful. If I were to go back in time, I would have chosen a cordless knife 🗡️ because the power cord on this one is short and thick. knocks anything over. So be careful with that, especially if you have hot soup or drinks.

This knife worked good for carving the Thanksgiving turkey but only after figuring out why it wouldn't work. It took myself and about three other people roughly 5 minutes to figure out that the blade set wasn't completely seated in the blade holders of the knife which prevented the "trigger" from depressing and turning on. Once I got the blades seated all the way, it fired up, however I noticed as I was cutting, the blades would pop out enough to shut the knife off occasionally and I'd have to reinsert them.

The triggered to turn it on was hard to use. It was made for somebody that's about 6 feet tall that has a big big hand not a normal person and it's kinda heavy not really but for continuous use it might get kinda heavy for some people.
