IRON DOESN'T WORK
THE IRON DOESN'T WORK! THERE IS NO "OFF" OR "MIN" LIKE THE DIRECTIONS SAY TO DO. LOOKS TO ME LIKE THE IRON WAS A RETURN AND YOU SENT IT TO ME INSTEAD! THE TAPING ON THE ITEM SAYS IT ALL. I NEED TO RETURN TO THE SOMERSWORTH NH STORE TODAY

Have only used it once so far so this answer is a little premature but based on my one time use I am very happy. Pricing is always going to be an issue for most of us in these present times. I am equally sure that if I have a problem with the product Walmart will make it right.

The retractable cord didn't work, left watermarks with steam. The box and way iron was in looked like it was a return item

it's ok. Just glad to get one and quick for that matter. I just ordered it this morning and got it by 3:40 pm

Do not purchase
The iron is too heavy and bulky. The 'fill' hole is on a weird angle so is very hard to pour water into. I have to tip the iron in an angle, hold a small funnel, then pour water into the funnel to fill the reservoir. I need 3 hands to do this maneuver. Also, the retracting cord did not work the second time I used the iron. Very disappointed, as I have bought many Hamilton Beach items in my life..

If it didn't leak I would like it better.

I have had this brand iron before, and it was great and lasted for years. So when the steam function stopped working, for that reason, I bought another one. The new iron has great features and AWESOME steam function but leaks water, which is a deal-breaker for me. Will return this and get a new one.
