Hanks for Our Troops Ground Coffee Medium Roast, Supports Veterans, 12 oz Bag

I decided to order this coffee because I appreciate that the money goes to our troops, and I'm always looking for a new coffee. I use an electric percolator and the coffee always ends up either muddy, too light, or just overall cheap tasting. This coffee really does have an exceptional flavor. Very smooth and high quality. This will definitely be my regular coffee from now on. I hope my local Walmart store stocks it soon.

0) Love the idea of supporting out troops, however: 1) Too weak of a flavor. 2) No unroated (green) beans. 3) No "Roasted On" date - god knows how long before been purchased it was roasted and how long the flavor would last. This does explain my point %231! 4) NO WHOLE BEANS at best!

The coffee is good. The cause is great. Tom Hanks is giving all profits from the sales of this coffee to organizations supporting our United States veterans. Once we had the first bag, about two and a half years ago, we decided that all coffee we purchased in the future would be Hanks. We have stuck to that.

I bought this as a gift. That person really wanted to try this coffee. I am not a coffee drinker. The person I bought this for said that the medium roast in the white and blue bag is amazing. It is not just another product with a celebrity face on it.

I wanted so much to like this coffee that I bought two bags having never tasted it before. However, it was just too bitter. Neither my husband nor I liked it, so we're going to have to mix it with other kinds of coffee to smooth it out in order to finish up what we purchased.

I love Tom Hanks, but was disappointed in this pre-ground coffee. It was smooth enough on the palette, yet not distinctive in any way to me, personally. Also, it wasn't available in whole bean form, which I much prefer bc I like to grind my fresh coffee each morning. However, its profits supposedly go to a good cause, so happy to help!

We love Tom Hanks, so we were eager to try his coffee. While I do not like coffee at all, my husband and his coworkers drink it all the time. Happy to announce that it tastes delicious is not bitter and will be purchased by us again. All his coworkers loved it! Wish the price was a little cheaper, but considering that it's going for a good cause we're OK with that.
